We built a mobile shopping app for L3VEL3, a leader in hair care products, to bring their website experience to mobile devices. The app offers a user-friendly interface, personalized shopping features, and a seamless shopping cart that integrates with L3VEL3's BigCommerce store. Secure payment options and robust inventory management ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Challenges included integrating the app with BigCommerce and creating a personalized wishlist feature. By using middleware and BigCommerce's built-in functionalities, we overcame these challenges and delivered a feature-rich app that empowers customers to shop with ease and security.

Migrating from BigCommerce to Magento: We tackled the challenge of transferring a massive product catalog (200,000+) and restructuring categories while ensuring smooth website operation.

Crafting a User-Friendly Experience: A custom Mega Menu with a "Bestsellers" section simplifies navigation and product discovery. Dedicated product pages with rich information and expert reviews empower informed purchases.

Enhanced Functionality: Customers can choose from various shipping options, including LTL carriers for oversized items. A "Request a Quote" button caters to inquiries about customizable products.

Bioandchic, an eco-friendly tableware retailer, needed to manage inventory across multiple warehouses and offer customers the option to choose the best shipping location. Our solution involved:

Fishbowl Integration: We connected Bioandchic's BigCommerce store with Fishbowl (their inventory management system) through a custom dashboard. This facilitated real-time inventory updates and order tracking.

Backorder Management: A custom module handles backorders by splitting orders into in-stock and backordered items. Customers can track progress and choose to wait or cancel back ordered items.

Seamless Data Synchronization: We developed a backend module to ensure smooth communication between Fishbowl and BigCommerce. This allows automatic product and inventory syncing at chosen intervals.

Top Features Integration: The custom dashboard seamlessly integrates with Fishbowl's "Top Features" module, allowing Bioandchic to manage featured products directly within Fishbowl.

This project empowered Bioandchic with a centralized system for managing inventory and orders across locations, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

Anderson Pens, a retailer with a massive pen and ink collection, wanted to help customers navigate their extensive product catalog. Our solution involved creating custom search tools for both nibs and ink. 

These form-based tools allow customers to filter by key factors like brand, width (for nibs), and color (for ink). This streamlines product discovery and reduces overwhelm for customers. 

The search tools also let customers compare up to five selected nibs or inks, displaying product specifications side-by-side. This empowers informed decision-making and a more enjoyable shopping experience. Ultimately, these custom search features aim to boost sales and customer satisfaction for Anderson Pens.

TagRobot, a Shopify app, simplifies order processing by automatically tagging customers and orders based on predefined rules. This case study details how we enhanced TagRobot to meet the client's needs:

We implemented risk tagging using the Order Risk API. This assigns "high," "medium," or "low" risk tags to orders based on various factors, allowing merchants to prioritize fraud prevention.

We implemented custom tagging. Merchants can create custom tags and rules for order and customer segmentation. This enables targeted marketing campaigns, product analysis based on purchase history, and efficient customer organization.

With our solution, TagRobot can not only tag new orders but also apply tags to past orders based on defined criteria. This allows merchants to easily categorize existing customer data.

PacknWood, a major distributor of eco-friendly tableware, partnered with us to revamp their aging multi-store website. We modernized the design for a better user experience across various languages and countries.

A custom script ensured consistent product information and images across all stores. We also streamlined the payment gateway for a smooth checkout process and implemented faceted search functionality on the mobile website for easier product discovery. Additionally, SEO and conversion tracking tools were integrated to improve online presence and sales.

Outdoor Limited, an ammo retailer, outgrew their Volusion store and sought a more robust platform. We migrated them to BigCommerce and tackled search and filtering challenges.

Klevu, a search engine with machine learning, replaced their basic search, allowing users to refine results and find ammo faster. We also implemented user-friendly faceted filters with color coding for easy navigation based on brand and other criteria. To improve transparency, a "price per round" feature displays the true cost per bullet.

Finally, we built a custom in-house shipping protection option, giving Outdoor Limited more control and potentially reducing reliance on third-party services. PacknWood, a leading eco-friendly tableware distributor, wanted to migrate their B2B store to BigCommerce to create a more engaging buying experience. We helped them in the migration.

We focused on product presentation with several features: hover image sliders displaying all product photos on hover, eliminating the need to click through multiple images. Additionally, a custom 360° product view script eliminated reliance on third-party tools, allowing customers to see products from all angles.

Finally, we implemented a sample ordering feature to build trust with potential clients by letting them see and feel products before purchasing larger quantities. This BigCommerce store enables PacknWood to showcase their products in a captivating way, improve customer confidence, and ultimately drive sales.

Camera Source, a retailer of car camera systems, wanted to upgrad their Magento store to version 2.0 with us to improve product search for their extensive catalog. We tackled this challenge with several features.

We implemented a Product Selection Wizard that guides customers through questions to filter options automatically. Added a Make, Model, Year search feature that allows users to see compatible systems for their specific car.

Finally, implemented a custom Product Finder feature that uses clear questions in a multi-step process to help customers narrow down choices and find the perfect camera system quickly. These user-friendly search tools allows Camera Source customers to navigate their vast product selection effortlessly, leading to a more enjoyable shopping experience and ultimately boosting sales.

Fine Art Canvas, a leader in affordable art, partnered with us to create a captivating Shopify Plus store with a focus on customization and user experience.

We tackled product browsing challenges with a custom filter system that refines options based on selections, ensuring relevant results. To showcase artists, we built dedicated pages featuring artist information and artwork.

Most importantly, we developed a unique real-time 3D rendering feature. This allows customers to see product variations in 3D as they customize options like frame and size, helping them visualize the artwork in their space and ultimately leading to more confident purchases.

These features empower Fine Art Canvas to deliver a superior shopping experience, where customers can explore artwork effortlessly, discover new artists, and see products come to life in their homes.

Compressor World, a leader in air compressors, wanted to upgrade their Magento store to version 2.0 with us to improve user experience. To simplify product selection, we implemented a 5-step product finder that guides customers through questions to find the perfect fit.

We also enhanced product information display with tabbed browsing and a custom panel, allowing customers to switch between details, reviews, and 360° videos seamlessly. Finally, to ensure a smooth checkout for their heavy equipment, we customized the one-page checkout to offer various shipping options without hidden costs.

My Essentia, a luxury mattress brand, partnered with us to enhance their Shopify Plus store's user experience and product comparison.

To simplify mattress selection, we built a custom app allowing customers to compare up to three options simultaneously.  We also tackled dynamic costs by implementing a location-based recycling fee automatically added at checkout.

To improve navigation and user attention, category pages now feature a scannable zig-zag layout. These features enable My Essentia to provide a user-friendly experience where customers can easily compare mattresses, understand associated costs, and navigate the store effortlessly, ultimately leading to more informed purchases.

Surface Print Source, a design firm specializing in unique artwork, partnered with us to revamp their online store for a modern and user-friendly experience.

We addressed navigation challenges with a multi-select mega menu for easy product discovery. To enhance customer engagement, we implemented a "Boards + Pins" feature. This allows users to save and organize product collections (boards) using drag-and-drop functionality, pin specific products, and even edit or share these boards in PDF format.

This level of customization empowers customers to create personalized shopping experiences and ultimately drives sales for Surface Print Source.

Our Green House, an eco-friendly gift retailer, partnered with us to enhance their online store on BigCommerce. To improve the gift-giving experience, we implemented a gift registry allowing customers to create lists, add desired items, and share them for easy gifting.

We further empowered personalization with a customizable gift basket builder. This five-step wizard guides customers through selecting basket styles, adding products, choosing ribbon colors, and even donating to charitable causes.

To streamline product management, we developed a bulk edit app. This allows Our Green House to edit product details like code, image, and price for multiple items simultaneously using filters and search functions.
