Private aviation, made approachable. Jetbay came to us with a challenge common in the private aviation industry: an experience shaped by gatekeeping. No clear prices, no visible availability, and a “contact us” button standing between users and the sky. For many aspirational flyers, entrepreneurs, frequent travelers, and small teams, that lack of transparency was not luxury; it was friction.

We set out to redesign the experience around one clear principle: radical transparency. After auditing competitors in private jet booking, fractional ownership, charter services, and premium travel platforms, we saw an opportunity to position Jetbay as refined, premium, and trustworthy. The project touched every consumer-facing layer of the brand and product.

We helped define a clearer visual direction through the logo, typography, color language, and overall digital experience. The goal was to make Jetbay feel premium while still being easy to understand and simple to use.

A major focus was removing every instance of “contact for pricing.” Instead, the redesigned platform brought real routes, dates, costs, and availability into the user journey upfront. This required rethinking the site and app structure from the ground up, including pricing modules, route selection, and availability calendars that felt as important and polished as hero imagery.

We also improved how the service explains itself. Many first-time private flyers may not know the difference between a charter, an empty leg, or a jet card, so the new experience explains these options contextually at the moment of decision instead of hiding them in an FAQ.

The final result gave Jetbay a presence that better matched the quality of its service. The redesigned brand feels premium without being intimidating, while the transparent pricing model opens the door to a wider audience without weakening the experience for existing clients. The site and app now work together as a consistent booking ecosystem built for growth.

Insurance isn’t exactly known for being exciting. That’s what made this project so interesting. Get Cover hired us to design and develop a mobile app built specifically to engage a younger audience, in an industry that traditionally struggles to connect with them. We brought energy, clarity, and a modern user experience to device protection, making it simple, intuitive, and actually enjoyable to use. Beyond the mobile experience, we also built a comprehensive web portal that enables parents to secure coverage for devices distributed through their school districts, creating a seamless ecosystem across mobile and web.

Enhancing the Private Aviation Experience

Amalfi Jets is a leading company in the private aviation sector, serving an elite clientele with high expectations for quality and efficiency. The goal of this project was to design an intuitive, feature-rich mobile application that simplifies how Cardholders, Members, and Charter Guests book, manage, and experience private jet travel. The solution focuses on clarity, ease of use, and delivering a premium digital experience aligned with the brand’s standards.

Redefining Luxury Travel Through Seamless Digital Experiences

Designing an intuitive booking platform with real-time communication, streamlined operations, and a custom CMS to manage flights, memberships, and exclusive rewards.

We built a custom mobile app and CMS for Amalfi Jets.

The app features an intuitive interface for viewing and booking flights, planning trips, and making payments. It offers real-time updates on hundreds of weekly empty leg flights, allowing users to book cost-effective private travel. Users can manage their travel details and itineraries and communicate directly with Amalfi Jets’ global lifestyle concierge team through a 24/7 chat feature. The account management portal lets users track their flight credit balance, manage payments, and view upcoming flights. The custom CMS supports efficient management of flights, memberships, user interactions, and promotional content, ensuring a dynamic and user-friendly experience.

Beachbody On Demand application provides streaming access to hundreds of world-class Beachbody workouts to over 2 million subscribers.

TouchZen Media worked with the Beachbody team to release BODgroups on iOS and Android. BODgroups is a community-based online platform that connects you to all the tools you need to help people get results. From a single platform, you can access your workouts, nutrition plans, activity tracking, groups and e-Commerce tools.

The goal was to increase engagement, retention, and coach-to-member interaction directly within the app.
Beachbody had a powerful fitness ecosystem with thousands of coaches and millions of members following structured workout programs. However, much of the community engagement was happening outside the app, primarily in Facebook groups.

This created several problems:

Fragmented user experience – workouts happened in the app, but community support happened on external platforms.

Limited engagement tracking – Beachbody had little visibility into how users interacted with coaches and peers outside the platform.

Lower retention – users who didn’t participate in community groups were less likely to stay consistent with their fitness programs.

Scalability issues – Facebook groups varied in quality and moderation, making it difficult to create a consistent experience for members.

Beachbody needed a solution that would bring community, accountability, and progress tracking directly into the BODi app.

The growth of BODgroups provided more tools for users and coaches to communicate and motivate one another.

Instead of using Facebook groups, coaches used BODgroups to directly work with their contacts to help them achieve their wellness goals. The addition of BODgroups helped increase overall app engagement by 25% across the mobile platforms. BODgroups also allowed users to share photos/videos, post motivational messages, and even start a live feed directly from the app. We implemented tools to allow coaches to quickly sync their contacts directly with their phone so they could easily find new leads and grow their client base.

Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram is the most popular influencer in the raw vegan community.

We met up with Kristina at a local vegetarian festival. One discussion led to another, and we proposed the idea of a mobile application. TouchZen Media was soon hired as her mobile application consultants to bring Kristina’s innovative content and the FullyRaw lifestyle to the iOS and Android markets. The subject matter expert, Kristina would focus on providing the exceptional content for the app, while TouchZen would create the perfect mobile experience to engage, delight and grow Kristina’s follower base.

Within a week of FullyRaw’s debut on the App Store, the app skyrocketed to become the #1 paid app in the Food & Drink category and a top 10 paid app across all categories.
The FullyRaw app was awarded the 2018 W3 Gold Award for Mobile Apps in the Food & Drink category. For many of Kristina’s followers, the app has become the essential way to engage with Kristina’s content and practice the FullyRaw lifestyle. Our favorite feature is giving Kristina and her team the ability to add recipes and challenges within their own personal dashboard without relying on regular app updates. This allows the content to stay as fresh as her recipes.

PTX Therapy, a pioneering virtual physical therapy platform, aimed to revolutionize how individuals access and experience physical therapy.

Our mobile design and development agency was tasked with redesigning the PTX Therapy application and style guide to ensure a cohesive and uniform user experience. The goal was to create an intuitive and seamless interface that leveraged advanced technology to provide personalized, science-backed therapy routines accessible from home. Additionally, we integrated their innovative AI posture analyzer to enhance the app’s functionality and user engagement.

The overarching goal was to create a user-friendly platform that offered personalized therapy routines tailored to individual needs, adapting weekly based on user feedback. By doing so, PTX Therapy intended to provide a convenient, effective, and engaging way for users to manage and alleviate their physical pain.

We started by completely redesigning the PTX Therapy application and style guide, focusing on creating a consistent and modern visual identity.

This redesign enhanced usability and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a uniform experience throughout the application. We then integrated the AI posture analyzer, which enables users to take photos of their body and receive real-time feedback and personalized action items. This feature provided users with immediate, science-backed recommendations tailored to their unique needs. The app also offered personalized therapy routines that adapt weekly based on user feedback, helping to reduce pain, improve balance and posture, and increase overall strength. This comprehensive redesign and technological integration made the PTX Therapy app a powerful tool for at-home physical therapy, providing users with the resources they need to feel better faster.

Revolutionize your health with expert-led physical therapy. Designing a centralized digital experience to support a growing wellness audience. This project focused on organizing training, educational, and wellness content into a single, clear platform, allowing users to easily explore, access, and engage with resources designed to support long-term health and mobility.

The Vegan Bowls Mobile app is a recipe app that provides over 1,000 plant-based recipes, shopping lists, and guides to help users follow a vegan lifestyle.

Born from our wildly successful Instagram page with an audience of over 3,000,000 the Vegan Bowls team approached us to bring their vision to life and build a native app that would provide a seamless and engaging user experience. We built out an app with a user-friendly interface and intuitive navigation to help users easily browse through the recipes, save their favorite ones, and create shopping lists. We also incorporated useful features such as update serving size, filter recipes, and recipe search.

In addition, the app was designed to be a subscription application with a free trial period to encourage users to try the app and explore its features. We also built a headless CMS system so that the Vegan Bowls team could update app content over the cloud. This system allows the client to easily manage the app’s content, such as adding new recipes, updating existing ones, and adding new guides, without having to rely on a developer to make the changes. This not only saves time and effort for the client but also ensures that the app’s content is always up-to-date and relevant for the users.

Users have praised the app for its variety of recipes, ease of use, helpful guides, and regular updates.

The free trial period offered to new users proved to be a successful marketing strategy, encouraging users to try the app before subscribing. In the first 90 days of launch, the Vegan Bowls Mobile app generated over 10,000 downloads and with a 26% conversion rate.
