Solution

Therapy happens in one weekly hour, while everything that shapes a patient's progress happens in the rest of the week. Therapists see only what patients recall in session, assignments between visits are easy to skip, and self-help apps operate with no link to the clinician. The riskiest unknown was technical: whether AI could interpret emotion accurately from everyday voice and text recorded on a phone, with background noise and unstable connections.

Solution
We tested that assumption first. No existing dataset fit the task, so the team collected its own, trained proprietary emotion models, and moved part of the processing onto the device to protect privacy and work offline. With the core proven, discovery shifted to the product through therapist interviews, patient journey maps, and prototypes reviewed by clinicians. Patients now have round-the-clock AI support by text or voice, secure chat and video with their therapist, therapist-approved daily plans, group communities, and wearable data in one place. Challenge
Traditional training apps assume every day is the same, yet sleep, stress, fatigue, and recovery change what a body can do. A dedicated safety layer watches for breakdowns in form and small movement changes that often precede injury. MDC connects a network of more than 500 physicians with their patients through the messaging apps people already use every day. Doctors in the network received more than 15,000 patient messages a day, and most of them were simple, repeat questions. Answers took one to two days, and many patients paid $150 to $300 for a visit just to get one. Physicians were exhausted by the volume and had less time for patients who truly needed them. Handing messages to agents could solve the volume, but only if patients kept the sense that their own doctor was on the other end.

Solution
We designed the workspace with input from more than 20 medical professionals and built it around a persona engine. AI learns from each physician's past conversations, capturing tone, familiar explanations, and clinical protocols, then drafts replies in that voice for agents to review and send. Every incoming message is sorted by urgency, and anything clinically serious goes straight to the physician. Agents work with the patient's history, insurance, and family details on one screen, plus conversation summaries and a first read of uploaded images. Doctors can step into any chat with a single click, and patients are always told they are speaking with a care team. Built-in quality scoring, SLA tracking, and HIPAA audit trails keep the service accountable.

AI Skin is a mobile app concept for SkinSight, a startup that uses AI to analyze skin health and build personal care routines. Challenge
The brief asked for three screens. That was enough to show a visual style, but not enough to prove how the app would fit into someone's day, what would bring them back, or who it was for. Investors would be judging the product vision, so the design had to make that vision complete and speak to a clearly defined audience.

Solution
We opened with a short discovery: an audience profile covering age, sex, and main skin concerns, a scan of competing apps, and a mood board for visual direction. Those insights showed that five screens were needed to tell the full story, and the client approved the larger scope. The home dashboard rates skin on texture, hydration, glow, and clarity, tracks weekly change, and links results to sleep, stress, water intake, and diet. A six-step guided scan coaches users on angle and lighting before identifying acne, dryness, dermatitis, and enlarged pores. Its founder, a parent who had struggled through the system firsthand, started by preparing each family's care plan manually. Challenge
One in six US children has a developmental challenge, and families often lose months trying to find the right therapists. CSR's specialists, the Family Champions, researched every care map by hand, spending 15 to 20 hours on each family. Quality was high, but capacity stopped at roughly 200 families a month. Provider information also changed constantly as waitlists, availability, and insurance networks shifted. Growing the service meant capturing expert judgment in software, keeping data on thousands of providers current, and meeting HIPAA requirements throughout.

Solution
We worked side by side with the Family Champions to turn their reasoning into rules: care pathways for each diagnosis, which providers work well together, which quality signals matter, and how needs change as a child grows. The platform now builds a personalized care map in minutes based on diagnosis, age, location, and insurance, covering medical care, therapy, education, nutrition, recreation, and family support. AI keeps provider availability and network data up to date, and recommendations get sharper as outcome data accumulates. The mobile-first web app puts the three best-matched providers at the top, with one-tap calling, booking, wait time checks, and insurance verification. Parents can share their map with other caregivers, and providers maintain their own listings through a self-service portal.

Feenko is a mobile app that tracks down every subscription a person is paying for and makes it easy to cancel the ones they no longer use. Reliqio owned product strategy, product management, and engineering, taking the founder from an idea to a live, paying product.

Challenge
Forgotten subscriptions quietly drain hundreds of dollars a month from many households, hidden across card statements and email receipts. The founder understood the problem well but had never built a consumer app. The product also needed people to connect their bank accounts and email, which meant a new finance brand had to feel trustworthy from the first screen. Technically, bank data sources flagged subscriptions unevenly, email access needed formal approval from the mail provider, and user data had to meet strict data residency rules.

Solution
We kept the scope tight around one question: would people pay for this? The Flutter app talks directly to Firebase in a serverless setup, so there was no backend to build or run at launch, and a separate regional deployment keeps user data where regulations require. Two banking integrations spot recurring charges, email parsing fills the gaps, and more than 500 providers can be added by hand. Every subscription comes with cancellation guidance and an assisted cancel flow. The interface closely follows native iOS patterns to make a first-time user comfortable sharing sensitive accounts. When some bank connections returned inconsistent data, the team added fallbacks quickly.

FMD gives physician groups a faster, more reliable path from submitting a medical claim to getting paid. It catches billing errors before claims go out, explains them in terms office staff understand, and can advance cash on qualifying claims the moment they are submitted. Challenge
The founding team knew healthcare billing inside out, with more than a century of combined experience, yet a year with an earlier development partner had produced nothing usable. Reliqio had to decide what could be kept and ship on a tight timeline. The domain added its own difficulty. Claims come in from different EHR systems in different formats, each must be checked against about 3,000 billing rules, patient data falls under HIPAA, and the results have to be clear to non-technical billing staff.

Solution
We took over development and planned the product in two phases. Phase one is an automated claims scrubber that reads 837 EDI, CMS 1500, FHIR, and HL7 files, runs roughly 3,000 checks on every claim, and replaces cryptic codes with Smart Errors that explain what went wrong, what it costs, and how to avoid it next time. AI-based text recognition handles scanned paper forms, and dashboards show error patterns by physician and group. Phase two, Pay Forward, adds financing. Every practice gets a payout reliability score, eligible claims can be funded instantly for up to 60% of their Medicare-approved value, and repayment and remittance run automatically. Encryption, access control, and audit logs protect data across the platform.

S.Build is a construction lending platform used by homebuilders, their subcontractors, and the lenders behind each project. It brings draw requests, vendor payments, and lender updates into one system and pays subcontractors as work is verified instead of weeks or months later. Reliqio provided product management and engineering as the technical core of the project, working alongside a partner agency that led client strategy.

Challenge
The client's development team was leaving within 30 days, and the transition could not slow the product down. An aging draw management system was still live, running next to a new platform that wasn't finished. Leadership had not agreed on where to grow next, whether through new regions, builder segments, loan types, or a white-label offer for other lenders. Budgets were fixed, deadlines were tight, and the company's core business processes existed only in people's heads.

Solution
We ran two tracks at once. The first kept the legacy system stable and fixed its most pressing issues. The second documented the business end to end and turned it into a six-phase roadmap, with every phase planned to earn revenue, that gave leadership a shared direction. We then delivered the first two phases. The old system was shut down, and builders moved to a new workspace for onboarding, loan-linked project plans, subcontractor management, daily draw requests, and task sign-off backed by photos, videos, and documents. Lien waivers became electronic and automatic, budgets gained cost codes with spreadsheet import and export, and vendors began receiving ACH payments in real time. Lenders got dashboards of their own, and we prepared an internal product manager to take ownership of the product.

Altus Commerce is a procurement platform that lets a franchise network buy supplies centrally while each location keeps control of its own orders. It launched with a national fitness franchise of more than 500 locations as its first customer. The client brought the product vision and industry knowledge, and Reliqio led development and managed the engineering team.

Challenge
Every location placed orders its own way, across 17 separate systems, spreadsheets, and long email threads. Staff at each site spent around 18 hours a week on purchasing, more than a third of orders contained mistakes, and headquarters had no live view of what was being bought or spent. The waste added up to roughly $2.1M a year, and a difficult peak season left many franchise owners frustrated. The new platform had to give headquarters oversight and buying power without making franchisees feel they had lost their independence.

Solution
We built a multi-tenant platform with a separate experience for each side of the network. Headquarters works from a control center that tracks spending across all locations in real time, flags compliance and supplier issues, pools orders to unlock volume pricing, and alerts managers before budgets run out. Franchisees get a clean, mobile-friendly storefront with negotiated corporate prices and a shipment calendar for every delivery. Behind the scenes, automation reorders stock based on usage, enforces budget limits, routes purchases through approval rules by amount and category, and forecasts inventory ahead of promotions. Single sign-on, multiple payment gateways, and built-in analytics connect it all on .NET, Angular, and Azure.

NGS is a white-label platform that enterprise brands use to create their own storefronts and product pages. Templates, style controls, widgets, and product listings come together in a self-service editor, so each new brand can go live without a custom build. The engineering team that now makes up Reliqio developed it over about two years, and roughly 80% of those engineers are still with the company.

Challenge
The client, an enterprise software company, needed a way to stand out as its customers, large global brands, asked for experiences that felt like their own. Each new brand required custom work, which slowed onboarding. Partway through, an acquisition meant rewriting the whole frontend from React in Angular, a framework the team had never used. Designs from an outside agency worked only on desktop, used hard-to-read type, and could only be revised at significant extra cost. On top of that, more than 30,000 lines of code needed performance work, releases were deployed by hand, and the team was spread across four time zones during a period of corporate change.

The team took charge of the frontend and led the move to Angular. Weekly practical workshops brought the React developers up to speed until they were contributing their own architecture proposals. GT is an online marketplace where businesses buy fuel, from diesel and gasoline to oil, gas, and bioethanol, directly from supplier storage bases. Buyers compare price, density, and available volume, then handle the whole deal in one place, from order and negotiation to signed contract, payment, and pickup. The client, who runs three fuel bases of his own, wanted to bring his operations online and later open the platform to other suppliers. Challenge
The client's customers had a portal, but it was built on top of his legacy accounting and ERP system, and it was so slow and awkward that few of them used it. That same system held every order and financial record, so it had to stay. Any new product needed to work on top of it. Fuel deals are also complex. Prices go back and forth between buyer and seller over several rounds, contracts require legally valid digital signatures, and traders expect live exchange rates, commodity prices, and market news. Discovery revealed that roughly half of the original requirements needed to change.

Solution
We added a middleware layer on Node.js and NestJS that connects the legacy backend to a new React frontend designed in Figma. The client keeps his existing accounting and order data untouched, and customers work in a fast, modern interface. Buyers find storage bases on an interactive map, compare offers side by side, place orders, negotiate price and terms across multiple rounds, sign contracts digitally, follow payment status, and register the trucks and drivers collecting the fuel. A dashboard brings together current offers, exchange rates, market prices, news, and any documents waiting for action. For each supplier, buyers see a summary of signed contracts, payments, deliveries, and spending over time.

Challenge
The problem wasn't getting people to the site but getting them to act once they arrived. The booking button was buried, navigation left visitors unsure where to go, photos did little to build confidence, and the third-party booking engine felt bolted on. Each issue cost bookings, and together they kept customer lifetime value low. The client needed a clear picture of where visitors dropped off and a design built to convert.

Solution
We started with the numbers, reviewing session recordings, product analytics, and web analytics across the funnel and mapping every point where visitors left. We then compared the experience with the strongest travel booking products on the market. The new design leads with search by location, dates, and guests, adds filters for each type of venue, and gives hotels, beauty centers, and workspaces dedicated pages with galleries, amenities, services, specialists, floor plans, pricing, and reviews. Verified reviews appear on the home page, and an interactive map shows each listing with its price. The work was delivered as production-ready Figma files for desktop and mobile on a component-based design system, and we coached the client's developers on turning designs into code with AI tools.

ADS is a web platform that lets e-commerce businesses run all of their advertising from one place. Targeted, banner, native, and video campaigns share a single dashboard for setup, management, and performance tracking. Challenge
The client, an online retailer, was putting more money and hours into advertising every month and seeing less return. Each of four ad formats was managed manually in its own tool, and campaign work was pulling attention away from the core business. There was an idea but no technical plan, so the platform had to be designed from the ground up and connected to several third-party ad APIs, each with different data structures and authentication. With a team of three, and the client also covering backend development, capacity was tight from the start.

Solution
We took ownership of product design, frontend architecture, and delivery, building the platform in TypeScript and Angular in short cycles shaped by client feedback. The third-party ad APIs were brought together into one dashboard for creating, editing, and tracking campaigns, and routine tasks that had been done by hand were automated.
