Board member Igor Mendzebrovski co-founded SoftServe, grew it into a leading Eastern European tech company, and at Itera, he led global operations while also founding the IT Association of Ukraine to enhance tech education and talent. Other our team leaders bring 16+ years of shared experience in product management, software delivery, DevSecOps, and infrastructure implementation.
Our experience has shown what makes delivery succeed and what breaks it. HBM is built on three pillars: strong delivery management, senior execution, and deep technical ownership.
