Sunil founded Systematix in 2005 with the clear goal of helping businesses achieve scale through technology solutions. Sunil is a serial entrepreneur and an IT Veteran with 30 years of business experience. He has a sharp edge in identifying profit leaks in businesses and fixing them with technology solutions. He directly interacts with some 80 big brands on their digital transformation roadmap.

Ajay brings 25+ years experience in software services and solutions space. He spearheads strategy, corporate development, operational policies, and finance initiatives. His prime responsibility includes providing strategic direction to the company, maintaining quality standards across the organization and corporate culture. He is also responsible for all partnerships and alliances.

Sunita joined Systematix very recently in August 19 after leading successful senior positions at some of the famous Indian Tech Start-ups Medikabazaar.com – a B2B Medical supplies platform as VP-Digital Initiatives, Products & Supply Chain and Easymedico.com – Phygital Pharmacy chain as Chief Operating Officer. At Systematix, she is responsible for the formulating Marketing and Communications strategy for Software Services, Cost IT Right – the cost estimation software application for Automotive and Engineering companies and Field Force Management application on SaaS model. She is responsible for public relations, corporate website, marketing collaterals, trade shows, events, and lead generation.
