Our Approach to Work

• Podii’s team and the client have a meeting to agree on the amount of viable work to be done within a specific sprint.

Update Product Backlog

• Podii’s team then breaks down tasks into small achievable stories which are added to the backlog - a list of issues to be worked on.

Sprint Retrospective

• The team meets to inspect itself and create a plan for improvements to be enacted during the next Sprint.

Product Increment

• The client test completed issues then approves or rejects based on the their evaluation criteria.
