Perth IoT

Perth IoT is a Western Australia-based IoT advisory and community organisation founded by Tom Zorde, winner of the 2018 ACS National Digital Disruptor Award. Named after its home city, Perth IoT operates as a purpose-driven success partner, leveraging deep industry knowledge, influence, and ecosystem connections to help organisations achieve real outcomes from Internet of Things technology. Rather than acting as a traditional development agency, Perth IoT provides a pragmatic, technology-agnostic advisory and referral service, connecting clients with the right solutions, talent, and community partners for their specific IoT needs. The organisation also runs the Perth IoT Communications Network, a volunteer-driven, free-to-use LoRaWAN network covering the Perth metropolitan area, alongside experiential learning and training initiatives. By prioritising people over technology hype and sustainable outcomes over short-term gains, Perth IoT has built a respected reputation as a community-focused hub for IoT talent and innovation in Western Australia.
