We Do Play is a fast-growing UK leisure and entertainment operator with 13 sites across four brands: Flip Out UK, Activate UK, Putt Putt Social and Rumble Rooms.

As the business expanded, it needed a reliable and consistent approach to technology that could support new venue openings while keeping existing sites operational. Each location required multiple systems and suppliers to work together, including connectivity, staff and guest Wi-Fi, payment systems, CCTV, devices, cyber security, AV and access control, creating a significant challenge around coordination, reliability and fixed launch dates.

Little Big Tech became We Do Play's end-to-end technology partner, developing a repeatable IT model for both new and existing venues. LBT manages connectivity, network design and installation, secure Wi-Fi, device configuration, cyber security, CCTV and coordination with third-party suppliers.

To minimise risk, equipment is procured, configured, staged and tested at LBT's projects office before being delivered to site, making installation a controlled deployment rather than a last-minute build. Once a venue goes live, the same LBT team continues to provide ongoing support and proactive site checks, maintaining knowledge of each environment and helping identify potential issues before they affect operations.

Over 2.5 years, this partnership has supported We Do Play across 13 sites and four brands, providing greater consistency, reducing launch-day risk and simplifying IT management across the estate. Most importantly, We Do Play now has a scalable technology model and trusted IT partner that can support continued expansion while allowing its teams to focus on delivering great customer experiences.
