Aller-Retour is a dual-platform digital solution designed to create a seamless and rewarding loyalty experience for both customers and business partners. The platform includes two distinct mobile applications: one for everyday users and another for partner businesses such as restaurants, car rental services, and retail outlets. This ecosystem empowers customers to collect and redeem cashback bonuses while providing partners with tools to manage locations and transactions efficiently.

App for managing some assets (e.g. beer kegs). Each asset has a Bluetooth beacon. Beacon attached to keg. The users can create their own company. They can see information about their assets. Users receive info on the map. Info about how long some assets are located in some location. Users can edit some information about assets and places.

CHALLENGES
Tracking assets like beer kegs across multiple locations posed significant challenges. Traditional methods of asset management were inefficient, resulting in misplaced items and delays in operations. The client needed a more accurate and real-time solution to ensure assets were easily tracked, to streamline operational workflows, and to minimize losses.

SOLUTION
To address these challenges, we developed a comprehensive mobile application for Keg Speed that utilizes Bluetooth beacon technology. Each beer keg is equipped with a beacon that transmits real-time location data. Through the app, users can create company profiles, access detailed information about their assets, and visualize asset locations on an interactive map. The app tracks the duration of time assets remain at specific locations, and users can easily edit asset details and location information, ensuring full flexibility and control over asset management.

Isedor introduces a unique cafe experience by offering a coin exchange and gifting system. Users actively participate in a digital coin exchange by visiting and making purchases at affiliated cafes, earning virtual coins as a reward. These earned coins unlock exclusive privileges, discounts, and special offers at the same or different cafes.

CHALLENGES
Isedor sought to enhance the customer experience at cafes by introducing a digital coin exchange and gifting system. The main challenge was to create an engaging platform where users could easily earn and redeem virtual coins, incentivizing them to return to affiliated cafes and interact with the ecosystem.

SOLUTION

Therapy service is designed to facilitate effective communication between therapists and their patients through a mobile application and web service. The platform enables users to engage with their therapists via chat, allowing for convenient and secure text-based conversations. With a user-friendly interface and a focus on privacy and confidentiality, this app aims to support individuals in their mental well-being journey by providing accessible and flexible means of connecting with their therapists.

Development of the application concepts (including its interaction with the server via API), the task was set to organize the most comfortable transition to the mobile interface for 20 million users of the service.

A special emphasis was put on using the latest design approaches for maximum performance and scalability of the application. In this connection, among other things, the project for both platforms decided to use the REALM database and the MVP design pattern.

Challenges

• Scalability: The platform needed to be capable of handling a large number of users simultaneously, ensuring the app could manage substantial traffic without compromising performance.

• Performance: The mobile app needed to maintain high performance, with fast load times and quick access to important features, despite a high volume of users and transactions.

• Smooth Transition to Mobile: Transitioning the service to a mobile-friendly interface, while maintaining the functionality and features users were accustomed to on the desktop version, posed significant challenges.

• Technology Choice: we decided to implement REALM as the database for both iOS and Android apps.

The UI/UX was redesigned to create a clean, modern experience that was user-friendly. The transition to the new API was carefully executed with rigorous testing to ensure compatibility. The media features were enhanced to support photo galleries, videos, newscasts, YouTube videos, and integration with OVVA Holding’s 1 + 1 Video service. Localization in two languages was implemented to expand the app’s reach. Finally, the design was adapted for iOS 11 and iPhone X to ensure optimal performance on these devices.

Additionally, integrating media content like photos and videos required seamless compatibility with both iOS and Android platforms. Other challenges included implementing personalized news categories, a multilingual mode, an "endless" news feed, and offline functionality for saving articles.

To address these challenges, we focused on designing an intuitive, easy-to-navigate interface. The app’s concept and UI design were developed over four months to ensure simplicity and functionality. Media features like photo and video display, along with a dynamic news feed, were seamlessly integrated. We also incorporated a multilingual mode to serve a broader audience and created an "endless" news feed for uninterrupted content browsing. A key feature was allowing users to save articles for offline reading, which were stored locally in the Realm database. The Android version was developed using Kotlin, while the iOS version was built with Swift to ensure native performance and optimization.

The use of Kotlin and Swift for native app development ensured high performance on both Android and iOS. The Realm database allowed users to access saved articles without an internet connection. Overall, the app met its goals of providing a rich, engaging news experience across platforms.

CHALLENGES

The main challenge was providing easy access to various weather data (hourly, monthly, route weather, and resort conditions) while ensuring the app remained intuitive and visually appealing. Additionally, the app needed to work efficiently in offline mode and under unstable internet conditions.

APPROACH

The focus was on creating an intuitive UI/UX design, allowing users to easily navigate and access different weather data types. Geolocation, offline mode, data caching, and multilingual support were key technical aspects. A unique feature was the implementation of over 10 animated weather effects, like rain, snow, and fog, enhancing user experience.

We used React Native for cross-platform development, SQLite for local database storage, Geolocation APIs for location-based updates, and Redux for state management. Firebase was used for real-time updates, and local storage caching allowed offline functionality.

RESULTS

The UNIAN Weather app delivered a functional, user-friendly experience with smooth access to all types of weather data. The app worked well offline and under poor internet conditions, thanks to caching. Animated weather effects made the app more engaging, and geolocation enabled real-time updates. The app was both beautiful and practical.

CHALLENGES

UNIAN, one of Ukraine's largest news agencies, required a major update to its mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. The goal was to meet modern architectural standards and significantly enhance the app’s speed and stability for better user experience. The Android application, in particular, needed a full refactor to improve performance and usability.

APPROACH

The primary focus was on optimizing the app’s architecture to improve its speed and stability. For iOS, the application was updated to ensure it met current standards. For Android, a complete refactor was carried out to enhance the app’s performance. Key features were introduced, such as easy access to photo galleries, video content, online conferences, and an "endless" news feed. Users were also able to add articles to their favorites, switch languages, and experience an updated design, particularly on Android devices. Additionally, the Google DFP advertising platform was integrated to enhance ad management.

TECH STACK

For the iOS update, Swift was used to implement modern coding practices and improve performance. On Android, Kotlin was used after the full refactor, ensuring a more stable and responsive application. The Google DFP platform was integrated for managing advertisements across both platforms. Firebase was utilized for real-time updates and REST APIs for content delivery.

The integration of Google DFP allowed for better advertisement management, making the app both functional and revenue-generating.

• Encourage individuals to adopt environmentally responsible behaviors such as cycling, waste sorting, composting, and energy saving.

• Transform these actions into measurable climate benefits (1 Climate Drop = 1 kg CO? saved) and create a rewarding system for participants.

AXOR INDUSTRY operates in the window and door hardware industry and has its own modern production complex, which is one of the largest factories in this sector in Eastern Europe.

The company's initial goal was to introduce a mobile loyalty programme solution for the company's customers: both private and B2B. In doing so, the Lampa Studio team was involved in the project as early as the concept stage. As a result, a unique and maximally user-friendly solution was devised, which had no counterparts in this segment at the time of the app's release.

Uployal, a Ukrainian SaaS loyalty platform for HoReCa and retail, wanted to provide businesses with a ready-made loyalty solution without the need for custom development or in-house IT teams. 1. CHALLENGES

VITRUVE, a platform combining a mobile app and a VBT (Velocity-Based Training) device, aimed to help Strength & Conditioning coaches optimize athlete performance. The challenge was to create a solution that could capture precise movement data, generate adaptive training plans, monitor athlete progress, and provide a motivational system through leaderboards. Additionally, the platform had to integrate hardware data from line encoders and BLE devices in real time, while remaining intuitive for coaches and athletes.

APPROACH

Our team worked with VITRUVE to develop a comprehensive digital ecosystem:

APPROACH

Lampa joined the project in 2019 as a technology partner to lead the development of a new version of the Virgin Radio app. Our team conducted a full UX/UI redesign, rebuilding the app from the ground up with a focus on performance, stability, and minimalistic design in line with Virgin’s brand identity.

We implemented key usability features such as background audio playback and media control via the notification curtain, which significantly improved the user experience. Quick access to social media links was added to increase listener engagement and interaction with the Virgin Radio community.

Special attention was paid to performance optimization, ensuring that the app works smoothly even on low-end and older Android devices. We also included support for multiple audio formats to accommodate different streaming sources.

The goal was to provide Ukrainians living abroad with convenient, uninterrupted access to the 1+1 International TV channel. The app was designed with a focus on simplicity, usability, and seamless media integration, ensuring an enjoyable viewing experience across various platforms and devices.
