We developed website and two mobile application (IOS & Android). After the completion of the system, we provided digital marketing services for our client. The services included: SEO, SMM, Google Search Ads, Display Advertising. As a result of our SEO services the website shows up on top of Google’s first page results in more than 15 keywords (e.g. karqo xidm?ti). See our digital marketing works for Trendex. As a result of our performance marketing services the company had around 100 daily new registrants (buyers) beginning from the end of third months of the services.

The company delivers almost any online order from one place to another where the company has a branch. What we have done is systematization all the process from purchase of product to its delivery to buyer’s home. The buyer simply lets the company know that he/she wants a specific product from specific website. The company purchases the product, orders to its own branch in the country where the product is sold, then the company brings the product to its other branch where the buyer is located, then via currier the company sends the product to buyer’s exact address. We made all this process systematic and automatic, which caused huge reduction of human involvement. This in turn brought about considerable cut of cost, time and other resources.

This panel allows you to manage the entire platform from start to finish, starting from monthly income. Employees are given other panel powers from here.

Full Integration of "Smart Customs"

The improved “Simplified Declaration – E-Commerce” (Smart Customs) project is implemented. The application of “Smart Customs,” is presented to users in a more advanced form. It is mandatory for individuals to declare orders made from abroad via postal shipments and carrier companies using the “Smart Customs” application. Detailed information on how to use the application can be found on the official website of the State Customs Committee and its social media accounts.

The new project facilitates a more transparent and efficient implementation of e-commerce, improve service quality, eliminate time loss, ensure transparency, minimize citizen-official interaction, maintain accurate customs statistics, and enable the effective use of available resources.

The calculator is designed to estimate shipping costs based on country-specific rates. It performs calculations using the package’s length, height, width, and weight. By inputting these dimensions, the system automatically determines the shipping cost according to the applicable tariff for the selected destination.

This system ensures accurate and transparent pricing for customers, making it easier to plan and manage their shipments.

UI / UX Design

• Structure & wireframes: During this process Intactdia team mapped primary user journeys (researcher looking up a Tax Code article, subscriber managing account, visitor reading news). Sitemap and wireframes fully prioritized direct entry to chapter/article pages and quick filtering of official responses and court cases.
• Layout & visual language: The design presents clarity and hierarchy — large readable typography for long legal texts, concise cards for news/analyses, and clear CTA buttons for subscription/signup. Branded elements and colors were applied consistently to signal professionalism and trust.

• Taxonomy by Tax Code: The portal content is organized by chapters and articles of the Azerbaijan Tax Code so users can navigate from legal provision to official explanation and related court practice.
• Content types & flows: News, articles/analyses, official explanations, and court decisions are visually separated but cross-linked. Each article page consists of metadata (date, category, related articles) to boost internal linking and reduce bounce.
• SEO-ready headings & structure: Headings and URL patterns follow semantic best practices to help indexing and discoverability for queries like specific code articles and rulings.

Technical solution & functionalities

We prepared a content-rich portal with features tailored to professional research and subscription management:

• Content library & browsing: We set up sections for News, Articles, Official Explanations, and Court Practice with tag-based and code-based navigation.
• Subscription system: Provided multiple subscription packages — free resources plus paid tiers that unlock official explanations and categorized court practice. Secure payment with integrated local Golden Pay provider and account management flows were integrated to support subscriptions.
  
  
  The following subscription model was used for the portal:
  a) The Free Package allows limited access to core content such as news, articles, official explanations, and court decisions, with its users familiarizing themselves with the platform.
  b) The Monthly Subscription (30 AZN per month) and Annual Subscription (120 AZN per year) provide full access to the same categories of content, offering professionals uninterrupted and in-depth use of the platform for ongoing work and research.
  c) The Premium Package (450 AZN per month) extends beyond content access by including expert legal support, allowing users to receive answers to five tax-law-related questions in written or verbal form. This package positions the platform not only as a content provider but also as a consultative service.
   
• Search & filtering: Fast search with filters by Tax Code chapter/article, content type, and date to let professionals find precedent or commentary quickly.
• Contact & support: The portal shows contact details (phone, email, office address) and an account area for subscribers.
• Admin panel & CMS workflow: A carefully prepared comfortable editorial experience allowing Caspian Legal Center staff to publish news, add official explanations, and tag court decisions.
• Performance & security: SSL, caching layers and optimized hosting ensure fast delivery of long legal pages and secure handling of subscriber data. For further optimization of the portal, the format of the images to webp. We used Firewall Protection to safeguard sensitive subscriber data and protect the platform from unauthorized access,we implemented a server-level firewall. This security layer is set to ensure the integrity of user accounts, paid content, and administrative operations— which is an essential requirement for a professional legal information service.

Technologies used

As we were working with a content- and subscription-heavy legal portal we recommended and used technologies that match the needs for security, performance, and editorial control:

• CMS: The portal was built on a WordPress-based solution.The portal was built on a WordPress-based CMS, customized specifically for legal and taxation content. WordPress was selected because of its easily managed content that let administrators work independently, which is critical for a platform that organizes information by Tax Code chapters, articles, and legal categories.Admins can easily create, edit, create new subcategories and tag structures, making navigation and research significantly easier for users.
• Database: MySQL was used for a robust backend  for stable content delivery, user management and subscription logic. It is suitable for enterprise-level custom logic; WordPress provides fast editorial experience for content-heavy sites.
• Custom design/Branding: Our team customized the design of the portal by taking into consideration the unique branding colour palette, fonts and logo of the client. With this we brought the unique visual representation to the business on the local market.

• Locally integrated payment system– for our client (as it functions only locally) we integrated the local online payment system Golden Pay. 

(These choices were guided by the portal’s content volume, editorial needs, and subscription/payment requirements.)

Results & impact

After launch, the platform directly provided immediate structural and strategic gains for Caspian Legal Center’s TaxReview.az initiative.

• Centralized authoritative resource: TaxReview.az became a single point of checked information for tax law commentary, official clarifications and court rulings organized by Tax Code chapters. This portal helped practitioners find whether there is an official stance or relevant precedent on disputable tax topics — reducing time to research and increasing the portal’s perceived value among professionals. By mapping content directly to code articles, the site reduced friction in legal research and allowed advisors to prepare more informed recommendations. 
• Professional brand & credibility: The design and content structure raised the client’s brand perception. The site’s professional visual language, clear contact and institutional association with Caspian Legal Center showed reliability to potential subscribers and partner institutions. This led to improved trust — a crucial metric for converting professionals into paying users — and positioned TaxReview.az as an institutional resource rather than a generic blog on local market. 
• Monetization & subscription clarity: Implementing distinct free and paid content tiers via Golden Pay allowed TaxReview.az to attract casual readers, while converting serious users into subscribers who need access to official explanations and curated court practice. The subscription pages and account management give a straightforward funnel for users to evaluate value and commit to paid access. This dual model supports both reach (free content) and revenue (subscriptions). 
• Improved content discoverability and SEO: The taxonomy (content organized by Tax Code chapters and articles) combined with SEO-friendly heading and URL structures significantly ease the process for search engines to index authoritative legal content. This multiplies the chance that practitioners searching for specific code provisions or rulings find TaxReview.az in organic results — increasing qualified traffic to the site. 
• Editorial efficiency & future scalability: The user-friendly admin panel and structured content types let the editorial team quickly publish updates, categorize new court rulings, and add official clarifications. With that the operational barrier to keeping content current is heavily lifted— as it is a key competitive advantage for a legal reference portal where currency matters. 
• Tangible business outcomes: While long-term KPIs (subscription conversion rate, subscriber retention, organic traffic growth) are fully monitored by the client, early indicators after the launch such as steady publication of news and articles, clear subscription pages, and institutional mentions describing TaxReview.az as a new professional tax portal in Azerbaijan.

Emeraft is an adventure-tourism company offering guided outdoor experiences including white-water rafting, ziplining, rock climbing, fly fishing, bike/nature cycling, and more. For Emeraft, we developed a modern, performance-oriented corporate website to showcase their adventures, packages, and brand identity. The main objective of this project was to strengthen their online visibility and provide a user-friendly, engaging digital platform for potential customers to explore and book adventures.

Before building the website, Emeraft faced several challenges common for adventure-tourism companies without a solid digital platform:

• Lack of online platform: Without an online presence (website), potential clients could not easily discover or explore all of Emeraft’s offerings (rafting, ziplining, rock climbing, etc.) in one place.

• Designed menus and navigation logic: it includes About, Adventures, Packages, Groups, Destinations, FAQ, Careers, Blog, Contact — making all main site sections easy to access. Every section of the website is highly engageable, so users from the start can be a part of the activity that they are going to choose.
• The clean, modern layout with clear typography, segmented visual and written content has been applied to make the website browsing intuitive.
• Ensured responsive design approach that smoothly works on mobile and desktop.

Information Architecture

• Organized site content with clear interactive sections for each adventure type (rafting, zipline, rock climbing, fly fishing, cycling, etc. ) so that users can explore based on interest.

AVATR is a futuristic electric-vehicle (EV) brand. We built for them a smooth, modern, high-performance corporate website that showcases their identity, models, and brand values on the local market. The main goal was to increase their local (Azerbaijan) online visibility, and provide a digital platform to present their vehicles, technology, and brand story.

Primary aim: The website was designed via WordPress with modern design and performance orientation. The goal was to strengthen AVATR’s online presence among local customers and offer users an accessible, immersive, and informative digital platform about the brand and its products.

Company Description

AVATR develops premium-class smart electric vehicles (SEVs) in collaboration with major industry players such as Changan Automobile, Huawei, and CATL. Their focus lies in mixing advanced EV architecture, intelligent manufacturing, and cutting-edge mobility solutions.

Market position: AVATR positions itself as a premium, high-end EV brand targeting customers interested in futuristic design, advanced mobility, and a luxurious yet intelligent lifestyle.

In the local market (Azerbaijan), the brand’s official representative website (AVATR.az) serves to introduce these vehicles to local clients, presenting models, specs, and brand identity.

Challenges and needs

Because AVATR (in Azerbaijani market) did not have an appropriate online platform initially:

• There was no online representation of the brand and its product line targeted at Azerbaijani customers — meaning interested users could not easily find full information about models, technology of the brand.
• There was a need for broad representation of unique brand image formation — which is “futuristic, premium, intelligent mobility” identity.
• A need for search engine visibility (SEO) — to constantly appear in Google and other search engines when users search for EVs, premium cars, AVATR brand, or EV solutions in Azerbaijan.

Need for functional contact structure — users can interact with car models by changing its colours and learn about them before making the physical purchase.

The project provided AVATR with a strong digital foundation — enabling the brand to reach customers, present its products and story, and grow its presence in Azerbaijan. Due to its highly interactive design and structuralized content, every customer (either car savvy or amateur) can easily overview the technology, get the answers to all their questions and make a successful purchase.

About the Project

TÜV AUSTRIA Academy Azerbaijan is the local branch of an internationally recognized training and certification organization. We provided the following services, such as: developing a modern, performance-oriented corporate website to strengthen their online presence and provide a clear, accessible digital platform for users seeking information about their professional training programs.

Company Description

TÜV AUSTRIA Azerbaijan LLC, established in 2017, represents the organization locally and delivers certified training in accordance with EN and ISO standards.

Because no unified digital platform existed for the Academy’s local branch, the lack of online visibility did not structurally reflect their global reputation. A professional, well-structured website became essential to communicate their services, mission, and expertise.

Challenges and needs

Before the website was developed, the Academy faced several issues:

• Lack of professional online platform representing their services in Azerbaijan
• Lack of structuralized presentation of training courses
• Limited digital visibility and low SEO performance
• No centralized hub for schedules, upcoming trainings, or trainer profiles
• Lack of visual identity that matched global standards
• No online contact or inquiry system
• The need in certificate verification tool

Project objectives
We developed website to achieve the following objectives:

• Establish a credible digital identity aligned with TÜV AUSTRIA’s global brand
• Detailed presentation of all training courses and service categories
• Provide an intuitive UX with easy navigation
• Develop fully responsive, mobile-first design
• Create options for a user contact through forms and communication channels
• Implement a certificate verification functionality
• Provide a CMS that allows staff to update trainings, schedules, and content easily

UX/UI Implementation (Client-Guided Design)

• Developed a clean, modern layout consistent with TÜV AUSTRIA’s visual identity
• Designed a detailed information architecture (About, Trainings, Trainers, Schedule, Certificate Verification, Contact)

Information Architecture

• Divided training into particular categories (ISO, Technical, IT, Environment, HR, etc.)
• Provided detailed training pages with dates, descriptions, locations, and pricing
• Added a “Trainers” section with professional profiles
• Integrated an innovative “Certificate Verification” section

• Implemented a flexible CMS using WordPress

HTTPS/SSL were implemented for security and stable hosting

Custom Functionality — Development of Three Core Systems

The most important part of the project was the development of three fully custom-built systems, created as custom WordPress plugins tailored to the Academy’s workflow.

1) Training Management System

A custom module enables the Academy to add and manage training courses with: title, description, start & end date, location, price and image.

All trainings automatically appear on the Trainings page, and each has its own details page accessible via click.

2) Calendar System — Future Training Scheduler

An interactive calendar module was built to display upcoming training sessions for the users.

Key features:

• Shows only future trainings
• Dates with trainings are marked in red
• Details of the selected day appear below the calendar
• Users can switch between months to view both past and future training plans

This provides a visual, user-friendly method for planning and browsing upcoming sessions.

3) Certificate Verification System

A fully functional verification module was designed for users to check the authenticity of certificates.

Process:

• User enters the certificate code
• If valid, the system displays: participant name, training title, date of completion, confirmation of authenticity.

This significantly increases trust and transparency of the company.

Technology Stack — Custom WordPress Development

The site is built on WordPress CMS, but:

• All UI/UX design was transformed into a hand-coded custom theme
• Three custom plugins were developed (Training system, Calendar, Certificate verification)
• Admin panel enhanced with custom fields and data structures

Multilingual Support

The website is fully bilingual:

• Azerbaijani
• English

All content, menus, training pages, certificate systems, and navigation are synchronized across both languages for the local market.Results & impact

• The Training Management system simplified internal workflows

Staff can now update content easily through the CMS, reducing operational effort

Conclusion

The new website for TÜV AUSTRIA Academy Azerbaijan delivers a fully modern, professional, and functional digital platform that reflects the organization’s global standards and branding. Through custom design, three advanced management systems, bilingual support, and a responsive UX structure have been implemented towards the Academy’s long-term digital growth.
