Aramex is a leader in the global logistics and transportation industry with headquarters in Dubai and 18,000 employees in 69 countries. In late 2015, Aramex decided to look for a technology partner from Eastern Europe to support their entire delivery process. They needed a technology peer who could proactively contribute to design and ideation, rather than just provide development services under close supervision. The client chose ELEKS for their best cost/value balance, extensive expertise in mobile UX, data science and R&D, as well as for their innovation culture. ELEKS managed to kick off the backlog of 17 projects in just nine months. They secured quick staffing of IT projects and scalable delivery capacities: the team scaled to 50 experts in just the first three months of working together in early 2016.

The ELEKS team helped ESET, a leading global provider of cybersecurity solutions, expedite the time-to-market for its portfolio of cybersecurity products by providing comprehensive manual testing services. A team of over 30 engineers tests multiple product configurations across various platforms, balancing the team’s capacity between products based on the client’s needs. Additionally, the ELEKS security team conducted information security risk assessments of ESET’s systems and applications, providing a list of recommendations to mitigate identified risks.

TAIT, the world’s leading live event equipment provider, came to ELEKS for support with engineering a custom entertainment automation platform that would pull together all the different parts of its entertainment automation business, including hardware and software to manage and monitor machinery, lighting, audio, pyro, SFX, fountains, and more. ELEKS architected a complete automation solution, TAIT Navigator, that could help TAIT manage thousands of independent machinery elements within a single system, while meeting the business’ functional, security, and safety requirements. With Navigator, TAIT was able to scale its live events engineering solutions to ambitious new levels, surpassing their competitors.

WellAir, a leading provider of medical-grade air disinfection systems, hired ELEKS as an engineering partner to develop a mobile application and graphical user interface (GUI) for remote control of its air purification products. ELEKS successfully completed the project on time and within budget, delivering a GUI and mobile application that enabled users to control and monitor a smart air disinfection unit via their mobile devices on both iOS and Android operating systems.

US-based healthcare solutions provider, Fleming-AOD, needed to upgrade and enhance its patient assessment instrument (PAI) in line with new compliance legislation. The ELEKS experts suggested a clever technology solution that would offer remote, centralized updates and enable cost-effective maintenance and optimal user-friendliness. As a result, Fleming-AOD had a market-ready product developed in four weeks instead of four months – saving up to 80% of the development cost and making PAI one of the first in the industry to meet the new regulations.

A French multinational producer of industrial minerals Imerys needed to consolidate its 60+ niche websites into one unified digital hub. ELEKS helped it deliver a user-friendly, harmonized web portal full of rich, sector-specific content – unique in the industry. With improved customer satisfaction, Imerys’ monthly site traffic rose by 40%, with an average lift in monthly leads of 18%.

ELEKS helped Latent AI, a US-based AI company, with the development of their MLOps SDK, designed to optimize and secure AI models and runtimes. ELEKS supported Latent AI’s resourcing needs in the AI field throughout their growth, enabling the rapid development, testing, and deployment of features to meet market demands and onboard new customers. Throughout the collaboration, Latent AI evolved from a seed startup to a successful, beyond-A-round company, and its product has matured from a prototype to an MVP and, ultimately, to a widely available and successful solution

ELEKS assisted Al-Mis’hal, a Saudi construction firm, in delivering an integrated POS and retail ERP system for trade malls in the MENA region. The solution, developed in just 16 months, includes a retail POS terminal, a local web application for retail, and a back-office web application. We successfully deployed the integrated retail system to the pre-production environment and trained the client to manage customer implementations.

Christie Lites is a stage lighting rental provider that manages its business through a variety of web and mobile applications. The company was seeking a reliable, best-in-class engineering firm to build and integrate many of the products that it needed to streamline operations and improve visibility. Finance enterprise, Eagle, a subsidiary of BNY Mellon, needed to develop its financial portfolio management solution with enhanced functionality. We provided an optimally composed team that responded swiftly to Coras' requirements, delivering software demos, proofs of concept, and turnkey solutions tailored to the end users' industry and operational specifics.

SAVSERVICE, a Ukrainian distributor of global FMCG manufacturers, sought to enhance operational efficiency through digital solutions. ELEKS assisted SAVSERVICE in developing the comprehensive iOrder platform that enables distributors to create flexible marketplaces with custom product hierarchies and promotion rules. Additionally, the platform allows retailers to independently replenish stock, reducing reliance on sales representatives' schedules, while sales representatives can optimise their routes and cut operational costs. Within the first six months of implementation, the number of permanent users doubled, and SAVSERVICE estimated a 13% increase in sales.

GRTGaz Deutschland, a major European natural gas transmission system operator, wanted to enable gas market actors to harness the power of disconnected and diverse European gas market data. The solution was appygas; a portal that consolidates data from over 60 independent sources and presents it in an easy-to-read, actionable display. By adopting appygas, GRTGaz Deutschland has strengthened its position as an innovative gas market leader, and the appygas portal has received outstanding user feedback.

Acino, a Swiss pharmaceutical company, sought an experienced vendor with hands-on knowledge of the pharma sector to assume operational responsibilities, followed by the support and maintenance of its infrastructure and application portfolio. ELEKS assembled a team of over 10 support experts to oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of Acino’s 30+ software solutions and 300+ servers. This team successfully transferred IT operations without major disruptions to the client’s business.

In collaboration with Imperio, an Icelandic boutique sourcing agency, ELEKS analysed the processes within the Reykjavik City Council's departments to identify a set of digital tools and process improvements. Together, Imperio and ELEKS provided a multistage design consultancy service, offering a comprehensive view of the client’s current processes. For each stage, we prepared a detailed report that included user personas, user journey maps, service blueprints, value proposition canvases, and more. These reports have become a solid foundation for future development or the basis for tender claim statements.

InSight, a US-based provider of analytical software for pork producers, aimed to enhance data synchronization between central and local servers and provide fast insights to retailers. The solution MVP delivered by ELEKS enabled near real-time data synchronization between a central server and thousands of local nodes in retail stores. These improvements increased the stability and usability of the analytics platform, strengthening InSight’s competitive position and customer service.
