The client is a sightseeing product for Prague, a complete online solution including website, iOS and Android application, admin interface, and custom software. It is an interactive guide at hand, having everything the user needs to plan and enjoy a trip to Prague.

The client reached us with an inquiry to upgrade the existing website, reuse what is possible from the legacy backend code, and create a mobile version to improve user experience and increase online presence.

The main challenge was to increase conversion of the web app, make it more user-friendly, expand functionality and raise the number of mobile users.

To solve the tasks we updated the whole web app UI, worked out the existing UX and launched a user-friendly mobile version. Our team comprehensively upgraded the branding strategy of the company.

We also added an opportunity to buy the card online through QR code, thus we reduced the purchase time frame and made the process faster and easier.

The app version makes the user's smartphone a mobile card, allowing to enter attractions and tours just using the phone as an admission pass.

Features implemented include interactive maps (including transport maps and routes), distance measurement to sights of interest, mobile QR code (digital pass), online purchase of digital pass, online calculator, individual page of each attraction with open hours, entry fee and transport directions, push notifications, filters to search attractions and landmarks according to district or entry type, and an amazingly friendly UI.

The admin interface was also updated with smart photo loading, tags, etc. In this project we have been working at the design systematically. Having assembled a set of user interfaces, we have provided the customer with a system allowing us to scale the project in the future.

The client approached us with an idea to grant insurance companies more data about their clients to minimize risks, covering only one segment: car insurance and the well-being of drivers and their passengers.

The client provided a big data set containing data about the motion of users' devices, positioning during motion, smoothness of motion, speed, and similar data.

The main challenge was how to analyze this data and what value this data would bring to the client.

We had access to amazingly precise data on device positioning and motion, so we decided to analyze the manner of driving.

An insurance company wants a forecast on the probability of an insured event occurrence with a client.

We used Python and TensorFlow, an open library for machine learning, to analyze the movement data. Our developers performed the task brilliantly and offered the client the chance to develop an interface for displaying the analysis results.

To clearly visualize the analysis results and obtained forecasts, we used React as one of the most popular libraries for user interface development. It fitted perfectly for analytical data output.

The data is analyzed in the server and ML technology builds accurate forecasts of the insured events. The insurance company receives the data coming to the web interface and makes data-powered decisions that help minimize the risks of financial losses.

When one of our partners we worked with on one mobile app was told about our specialization in Business Intelligence, he immediately came up with a request for a service that he wanted to implement over the last several months.

He was going to design and build a web-based SaaS software that would track marketing data of users' competitor websites, provide analytics, recommendations and automate some other marketing processes.

To us this was a huge and complex project, and there were also time and budget limitations for the MVP stage.

We were always excited to work in the Business Intelligence area, and this project was a great opportunity to work on BI in the field of marketing at a large scale.

The features for the MVP stage were discussed and selected together with the client on the presale stage. We were aiming for an early launch in 3 months.

The MVP had to provide the following high-level features: user management and roles, web scraping for prices and products, tracking of website updates, gathered data visualization, and a notifications service.

We were new to the concept of web scraping and we faced a challenging task: we recognized the numbers in the image content and considered them valuable data in specific scenarios.

We used our experience with a third-party image recognition API to solve this issue and managed to launch the MVP to production.

We got a lot of positive and useful feedback from the first customers who helped us improve the product further after the launch.

Currently the software is still in the pilot version, but it is a highly recommended product for any e-commerce marketer. It has great market potential and infinite possibilities to scale. We are so happy to be a part of it.

The client from Guatemala was a long-time customer who knew the quality of our professional mobile app development and was impressed by the fleet management system we worked on, so they decided to trust our team to build a task management app for their team.

The client came to us with an existing off-the-shelf product in production. We were required to provide mobile and web development services to achieve project stabilization and maintenance.

At the start we obtained a ready list of tasks to be done, wishes for future improvements, design, and existing code.

The complexity of the application was due to a large number of users and tasks. Every day more than 2000 to 3000 tasks were created. This was compounded by the massive number of reports generated in the application.

The existing application could not handle this amount of traffic, hurting performance. So the challenge was to develop a task manager app that could take the load without affecting the application's performance and speed.

Task management app development is meant to be a complex system with numerous interconnections.

We were tasked to build a task management app with features such as multiple user roles, history of all completed actions, media uploading, maps and points on maps, access permissions, task management in real time, and a task timer.

In addition to the above functions, it was necessary to develop an algorithm for providing analytics and reporting on these actions.

The timer function also became a challenge for us. When creating a task, a particular duration was set for it. As soon as it expired, the status of the task would change under certain conditions. Task status was displayed in reports, the map, the dashboard, and the task info.

In addition to weak performance, roles and permissions did not work as intended. Complications were caused by functionality differences in the mobile app and PWA. The differences were minor but caused conflicts due to many custom roles and terms.

Our developers reconfigured relationships and accesses in light of these differences and conflicts.

We also worked on in-app functionality that allows us to transfer a task from one community to another. However, there was one tricky detail: we needed to save the whole history of all actions in the task, mark the entire route of the task, and save it in the previous community, but transfer it to the next one without changing the IDs.

This algorithm led to many conflicts, so we had to recompile the backend.

Concerning the timer feature, since the feature implementation was directly related to the transfer feature, we had to think about the cases when the status was to be reset and start a new count and when the status was to be saved and continued. Therefore this code was written separately for both the front end and back end.

We developed a plan to stepwise optimize the existing code, implemented pagination, rearranged and cleaned up all the queries, set up autologous, split PWA parts and analytics on different servers to reduce the workload.

Designers also paid attention to the UI/UX: our designers reworked and updated the interface.

The client provided the task manager app design but it still required some modifications. The presented design had no component approach, which made the front-end developer's work more complicated.

The design of some screens needed to be more relevant. We had to figure out all the details of what to do and how to do it.

Thanks to being constantly in touch with the client, our team could make many suggestions concerning the design in cases when it was clear from our experience and expertise that this would work better. We also integrated libraries with extended functionality.

Eventually it turned out to be quite intuitive and nice-looking. The design goal was achieved.

The testers had a task to check the critical path after each update and track at what stages there were problems and what caused them according to the checklist of regular QA of post-updates production.

Currently our team continues project and task management app development. We are working on improvements and the implementation of additional functionality. In the nearest future, mobile app development is planned to cover UI updates and integration with the payment system.

The construction marketplace startup asked us to design and develop a technical solution of outstanding quality for the residential housing construction industry. The system should provide an exceptional B2B construction marketplace that would bring buyers and suppliers together.

The client's business goals were to provide value for individuals with exceptional house buying service by covering the full cycle of house buying related operations in a single construction industry marketplace, and to decrease the construction time of residential units in order to ramp up housing production by cutting operating costs and delays and improving operation management with the digital end-to-end management system.

A special request was to design a solution architecture with high horizontal scalability from the very beginning of the MVP development so it would serve as a reliable base for future product growth. At the same time, UX/UI and backend architecture should be as flexible as possible in order to quickly adapt to the user's feedback and market demands.

First, we started IT consulting services and scheduled a meeting where the client shared their idea and project details. The client wanted to test their idea and use the budget wisely - these were the reasons to start the project with MVP.

We provided IT consulting in order to meet the scalability requirement. The technology stack for backend implementation supports clustering and each part of the system can be scaled by adding additional computation resources. The construction marketplace development also required a complex DevOps approach with three staging servers and automated deployment.

We introduced a mutual code review flow within a team to make sure the construction marketplace platform will be able to work in a bug-free, smooth, and predictable manner. That generally increased the MVP development time, and at the same time would assure cost and time saving in further stages of the product development.

The interfaces of the system are intuitive, clear, and easy to use. We took a non-classical approach to render UX/UI design services by stepping aside from the former stereotypes and managed to make an appealing design that was also flexible and easy to modify in case we needed to add new features and blocks in the future.

An exciting project we recently worked on - a social network for amateur soccer athletes. The client is a young startup. They picked us as an outsourcing team for sports social network development that is aimed to create a sports social network where athletes could connect, form teams, challenge other teams, and schedule soccer matches.

To make the sports social media app to be the one that soccer players longed for, we set up an advanced notification system to support request/accept/reject flow as well as built-in chat and multi-language support, including Arabic RTL.

The startup had tight budget limitations and a special request was to keep within the budget by managing the scope and priorities wisely.

The project is not a full-fledged product but a pared-down MVP. We enabled the sports social network app with the primary features as the client wanted to test the idea first and get piloted to further app development.

The application is completed with React Native and Node.js. Heavily powered by Firebase for chat and an advanced matchmaking notifications system. Our designers took great pains to craft a clear and intuitive interface for the team management experience to be easy and enjoyable.

The customer, a publishing agency with 10,000 to 20,000 daily listeners, approached us to order mobile app development. The request was to build an audio streaming app with a splendid user experience that will create new monetization channels and improve the existing ones.

The mobile audio app development was aimed to be a platform for generating, categorization, storing, and providing non-musical audio content for freemium and paid users. It should have elements of a social network, advertisement platform, and workspace. On top of these, it required to be dressed in a pretty-looking and intuitive UI/UX design.

One of our core areas of expertise is media data processing, which is great to use in advanced media streaming software development. The project's main technical challenges were implementation of the copyright protection method for audio books (DRM) and implementation of secure and reliable audio records storage, since the risk of unique content loss was obviously critical for the client.

Special attention was paid to the data backup smart system. Taking into account the data volume was not a trivial task. Due to our rich experience in working with huge volumes of video data, our engineers successfully solved this challenge.

Providing reliable copyright protection (DRM) for the content is essential for the modern media business. Also, it is a matter of top importance when the task is to develop an audio streaming app. After some discussion with the client on how to make the audio streaming app secure, we decided to go with a standard scheme, which is a built-in media server. We also kept in mind the possibility of moving to our own scheme based on asymmetric encryption in the later stages of development that are currently at the planning stage.

The client is a company from Guatemala that creates marketing analytics software. Seeking to rewrite and optimize the old site's version, they contacted us. The client already had a new marketing analytics software design and functionality expansion, which included all current abilities but had many defects such as performance problems, UI bugs, and data integrity problems. After long negotiations and discussions on the project, we also decided to move it from the irrelevant Angular to a more up-to-date and flexible React with MVP development services, and that's what we started with.

Following the course of providing web app development services, we came across some system difficulties. The database was designed a long time ago, and many relationships are constructed in complex ways. Given the previous work of updating the interface and adding functionality, it was also necessary to apply these updates to the database to avoid conflict with the existing database. Many graphs and diagrams correlated extensive calculations, comparisons, data, and tables, and they also were not so easy to apply. The main difficulty to build marketing analytics software was in the database structure.

There were two main problems in it: lack of correlations and a very bad structure (repetitive data, a huge number of text fields that needed to be moved to separate tables, tables with 20 or more columns). Because of the lack of links, a lot of broken data had to be restored to prevent their appearance during the advertising analytics platform development. Also, there was a difficulty with image compression. Photos were not compressed in any way because when loading the list of billboards (100 or more pieces), their photos loaded at once, and the Internet and the processor became overloaded due to rendering. That's why we made an AWS Lambda function that compresses photos in flight if they need to be compressed, and added dynamic pagination to the mobile application.

The outdoor advertising analytics platform includes several unique features. For route construction, a user with the role of a verifier is assigned a route by which he walks and collects information on all advertising media on that route. The road is arranged as follows: points (coordinates) are set on the map, which forms a line on the map. All these routes are stored, and statistics are collected with different sets of information. Also, the verifier has the functionality to set the value of a high, low, or average stream of people at a particular monument. By a special formula, it will calculate the approximate number of potential views of this advertising medium at a time. We also focused on statistics displays: we tried to make the visualization of a large amount of statistical data understandable and visible. All information is provided in graphs and tables, which makes it a great advertising analytics platform example.

Among the features are both mobile and desktop support, multi-language support, Google Maps integration, charts, graphs, tables, push notifications, email notifications, administration, clear statistics, and custom settings. As soon as the app deals with a database, systematization and protection are required. All data is critical for the company's income and safety. Also, the database is pretty big and contains the vast majority of data types. During the marketing analytics software development, developers strengthened data protection through multiple verification steps and an outstanding interface. It was solved by redesigning the database schema in small steps and migrating the data to a new schema, bringing some entities (subtypes, images, etc.) into a separate table. Now, every data type has its own tab, and it does not take much time to evaluate advertising statistics.

The global tasks were the complete interface overhaul and incremental patch deployment in the live product. There are new unresolved features in the new layout that require backend code. A set of steps were taken, such as rewriting the site, separating the frontend and backend database servers, and deploying with Docker Swarm. When writing a new backend, we took into account the filtering of irrelevant data and arranged all new queries so that there was the shortest way to the necessary data, ensuring the performance of the application would not suffer.

The client of this project is a gold trading company, which through technology offers a variety of solutions to strengthen the economy at all levels. The customer reached out by asking us for single-vendor marketplace development. The main task was to create a mobile application in the shortest possible time, as the customer wanted to tender this app. Not every company would agree to work under very tight deadlines. As we had background expertise on how to build a multi-vendor marketplace earlier, we took a risk and made it.

The client had a fully developed product idea. The aim of the single-vendor e-commerce app development was to create a friendly platform designed to combat economic uncertainty in countries hit hard by economic crises through the purchase of pure gold coins, thereby enabling users to protect and increase their wealth.

The client already had a website with the same functionality, which they needed to develop into an e-commerce store app to be run on mobile devices. In addition, the customer already had a ready-made design. Our suggestions for changes related to UI/UX development were rejected in most cases. The client's requirements were strict adherence to the technical task throughout e-commerce store platform development.

Talking about the technical challenges, there were the following. We were not the only team working on the project. The client had its own backend developer to build e-commerce store software. Also, our team encountered difficulties in interacting with the contractor on the client side. We used to contact them when we had questions, create endpoints, and provide APIs. The developer was slow and reluctant to communicate, which slowed down our work respectively. The project required several API integrations to create a single-vendor marketplace. The API payment gateway was quite a challenge that was taken off our shoulders by the customer's developers.

Our development team managed to meet the tight deadline and release a ready-to-go app. We managed to add a couple of minor edits to the design. More specifically, we changed a few buttons and made them more user-friendly and intuitive. We also proposed to introduce something like a lottery. According to the terms, the user was offered to buy a box, which provided the opportunity to win some prizes. The principle of the lottery worked in the following way: there was a series of boxes, and each sequence was supposed to have a bonus (for example, a car). The user bought a box and thus participated in the prize draw. The second feature that we offered was money tables. The user would deposit some real money, and in some time (a month, for example), he would get an opportunity to multiply the amount. In addition, the user could deposit money all the time and keep track of the percentage by which the initial amount increased.

The client came up with the idea of creating a character sheet app with IoT integration to digital dice. The app's essence is to allow players to enter, store, and calculate all the parameters and moves via various in-app algorithms and formulas. Board game fans know how helpful paper records are while playing. However, paper is not a reliable place to store records as it may get lost, and calculations of character parameters may take time and have a chance of errors.

The client requested to develop a character sheet app with IoT integration that would make the gameplay process easier for players. One of the most essential requirements was to have a feature that allows players to input specific parameters into a formula, such as strength, endurance, and others. Once the player inputs these values, the application applies algorithms in the background (which the player cannot see) to calculate specific values. The formula feature is the backbone of developing a character sheet app with IoT dice, as it automates complex calculations and data manipulation. It allows players to focus on other aspects of the game, such as strategy and decision-making, saving time and effort.

However, implementing the formula feature was challenging. It involved developing the business logic and design and ensuring that formula conditions (such as plus, colon, multiply, etc.) work properly at the code level. Throughout this process, we remained in close contact with the client to ensure we were meeting their needs and presenting several options with pros and cons.

Our team went through a series of steps to figure out how to implement a formula in the code. We started with phone calls to the client to gain clarity on the specifics, then had internal discussions to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility. After careful consideration, we decided on a solution that would be most effective. We are still working out the details, but we are confident we will develop a character sheet app with IoT device that will turn the traditional board game experience upside down.

Another core solution is the character sheet itself. The app allows you to create custom rulesets for games, which are folders containing all the character sheets for the game. The character sheet is a kind of template for creating a character based on parameters specific to a particular ruleset. They are designed as frames and can be customized at the user's discretion. In the character sheet, a user can specify the title, character name, age, add a picture, and so on.

Killer features include integration with IoT dice, roll dice game ruleset creation, character sheet templates creation, customization of character sheets, character sheet infill, and calculation of move outcome (e.g., what damage or advancement a dice roll will lead to).

For the design, we started with several sketches to determine the basic layout. We developed the design from scratch, building the entire logic and navigation, and creating wireframes. The app is quite complex with numerous screens, so the design was carefully thought out, and competitor and target audience research was conducted. We experimented with different colors and fonts to find the perfect combination that is both visually appealing and easy to read. The color scheme was chosen with the client's brand style in mind.

One of the primary hurdles encountered during the project revolved around the development of the front-end and back-end by separate teams without direct communication. The lack of collaboration between the FE and BE developers posed significant challenges. The BE developers exhibited slow responsiveness to requests and failed to consider all the requirements, leading to a delay in progress. To overcome this obstacle and ensure the successful delivery of a functional product, our team had to step in and develop a portion of the BE functionality.

Furthermore, the project faced the issue of incomplete requirements to build volunteer management software, necessitating close collaboration between our team and the client to define and refine the essential business logic. This collaborative effort was crucial in bridging the gaps and ensuring that the project aligned with the client's vision. Unfortunately, the BE development fell behind the FE development timeline, resulting in further complications.

We embraced the principles and approaches of material design to enhance the visual appearance and functionality of the platform. By incorporating material design, we aimed to create a consistent and intuitive user experience. This design philosophy helped us create a visually appealing interface while maintaining usability and accessibility standards. The utilization of the Next.js library and material design principles played a crucial role in the successful implementation of the project. These choices not only facilitated the development process but also contributed to the overall effectiveness and aesthetic appeal of the volunteer management platform design.

The client reached out to our team to order the development of a car services marketplace in the UAE, where car repair shops would be connected with car owners. The goal was to ease the search for car repair and help shop owners attract new customers. Initially, the project envisioned a web application to be developed from scratch, including car service app design and library integration. We started with MVP development, but when the MVP was launched, it became clear that 80 percent of the traffic came from mobile devices, so the client decided to develop a mobile version of the automotive management software.

However, our developers faced difficulty when developing the adaptive version because the library we used did not allow for making a high-quality adaptive and turned out to be unstable. Without deliberation, we decided to customize the mobile version by developing its additional design and then laying it all out. On top of that, we designed and developed a landing page that gathers users and leads them directly to the web app. The customer side was required to allow users to watch their service history and view all their appointments, while the car repair shop profile was to display a built-in appointments calendar and all payments and funds earned.

Regarding design, our clients wanted a functionality-rich app with catching elements and a spacious, intuitive UI/UX design. We spent hours researching similar websites and applications and eventually had several car service marketing ideas. We offered multiple options, and the client chose the most suitable one. When contacting us, the client had a detailed business idea and developed wireframes.

Before setting off the development, we clarified all the business details. In teamwork, we developed the structure of all interactions and terms. We ultimately developed the design from scratch and built the database structure and interconnections. We suggested ways of solving problems with payments and failures, provided advice on implementation and prevention of possible error cases, and finally delivered a flawlessly working product with all customer requirements implemented.

The most complex challenge was working with databases. The marketplace needed to be configured so that depending on the selected car, configuration, and mileage, the user was offered exactly the services they needed. Also, based on car configuration, repair shops set their own prices for services. Loading data into the database manually was difficult. The client had to collect a complete database of cars, prices, and services, supplementing it gradually by sending files. The files often contained errors and inconsistencies, so we developed a template for filling these files to avoid breaking the system. As we had to develop the web platform together with client managers, we faced challenges with in-team communication and client requirements, including avoiding a Git flow approach, long client review times, non-consistent distribution of tasks (backend on customer side, frontend on our side), handling an enormous amount of companies’ and employees’ private data, and many repeated procedures.

The main challenge during project creation was to develop a scalable and reliable platform with multiple roles together with websites that deliver high performance under numerous users and data volume, while supporting integrations with external services under strict security and compliance requirements. For the Public Site, the base architecture was done but had to be fully redesigned. The Admin Panel already existed but needed to be upgraded to the most recent technology stack. We left the old design but completely rewrote the architecture to handle a huge amount of data, so the system can scale without loss of performance. Ultimately, we created an administrative website where admins manage all functionality of the Public and Pro parts, integrating new management functionality such as a content assignment tool, advertisement control utility, customer transactions and subscriptions management, and promotion statistics.

The development of the Pro Site and all its functionality was completely our idea. To reduce overloading of the main two parts, our team decided to move the creator’s functionality to an additional site. A “Fast Start” feature eases the transition to new software because a lot of data needs to be transferred. We created suitable export and import of data, assuring fast and convenient implementation. It is possible to download an Excel document with the students list, and student cards are created automatically.

Automatic scheduling and teaching plans were the most difficult part. Composing a schedule is complex administrative work, and there are no open-source algorithms for it. Our automatic scheduling is a unique solution with no analogs in the world today. We use a genetic algorithm to make it multipurpose, as if it were created manually by a human. We tried several approaches, but there were issues with equal distribution of teacher and student workload and the need to generate different schedules for different interactions. Variables include teachers’ days off, weekends, and public holidays (which differ by region). During production, we also needed an opportunity to edit the schedule. Therefore, we created a solution that takes into account teacher overwork or underwork. The annual schedule can be duplicated from the current one, edited, and saved back.

For automatic scheduling, we used a genetic algorithm, a substring of evolutionary algorithms where mathematics from biology is applied. Under the hood, there is a simulation of mutation and chromosome formation. When simulations are completed, the optimal option is picked, or the one that best matches the inserted criteria. In alternative solutions on the market, planning is realized with simple iterations, leading to many flaws and unbalanced teacher events, often resulting in overload. In our case, the algorithm creates a collection of schedule options and picks the best match, similar to survival of the fittest in natural selection.

A Dutch client needed to hire e-learning software development experts to create a unique multi-functional product that incorporates up-to-the-minute market trends and has distinctive features. Its main concept is the creation of training courses by means of specialized cards (based on Quizlet cards), but with expanded capability and functionality.

There is an opportunity for authors to create and monetize their content. Course fees allow admins to set interest deductions per course. The custom learning management system is integrated with PayPal. Detailed statistics and analytics are collected and analyzed for all roles: for admins (earnings, profits, etc.) as well as for users (hours, card quantity, etc.). Three types of flashcards allow the conversion of any information into card form: self-rating, multiple-choice, and writing. Developer challenges included PayPal integration with the ability to set fees for each course (solved by using flexible PayPal API capabilities and conducting numerous tests), authorization (solved by utilizing internal Next.js capabilities and next-auth libraries), and handling a large number of items (solved by correct item allocation in the database and distribution of item connections). Massive volumes of data are required to train an AI model. In this case, we needed historical data about sales to build an algorithm. However, the client was not able to provide sufficient data. Therefore, we suggested building a sales data synthesizer that would generate the required synthetic data.

We started with sales data synthesizer development. Our data scientists and AI engineers cooperated to develop a sales data synthesizer capable of generating substantial amounts of sales data. We utilized existing historical data and tasked the data synthesizer with producing comparable data in significant quantities. Consequently, the sales data synthesizer creation played a pivotal role in training a model for an enhanced recommendation system.

The model workflow bears a resemblance to the algorithms incorporated in streaming services and operates in the following manner. A customer on the marketplace adds a product to their shopping cart. The algorithms then process this action and the associated data. Subsequently, they scan other datasets in search of correlations, identifying what other customers have added to their carts or purchased in conjunction with the item in question. Based on the correlations discovered, the system provides recommendations for additional items that customers are likely to find interesting.

The main goal for our team was to create a free-to-play music essentials learning app that turns the complex process of learning solfeggio into a game, making music education accessible for students of any age. We designed the application without any focus on a specific instrument, so any performer can use it as a separate or additional learning tool. To maintain the game mood throughout the learning process, we implemented all kinds of animations while building the app with React Native, a technology that does not typically support such heavy animation content.

The core challenge was constructing a React Native mobile application that includes a wide variety of complex and smooth animations. Another major task was creating a large and complex database of exercises connected to a web-based administration panel for adding and moderating lessons via a convenient, universal builder. We also needed custom analytics integration within the admin panel, which required a separate development cycle. To cover all required types of music learning experiences and support more complex learning processes, we included a universal exercise builder in the web admin panel. With this builder, admins can add new exercises or edit existing ones without developer involvement. After core development finished, we launched custom A/B test cycles to understand which training practices have the best impact on the learning experience.

To structure exercise solving and user progress tracking, we used units to group levels by difficulty and theme. Each unit contains 20 to 40 lessons with 10 exercises, ranging from simplest to most difficult. The further the user progresses, the more challenging the exercises become. After testing the app on a real audience, we formed nine types of exercises that focus on different aspects of musical perception and knowledge, such as ear training, music theory, rhythm training, and melody recognition. For user convenience, a hint is available in the top right corner of each exercise. Exercise types include Shift Notes (dragging note images to the correct keyboard position), Connect Elements (matching note names with different representations), Select Elements (finding all possible representations of a particular note), Note Sequence (recreating heard music on the staff), Q&A (selecting correct answers to music theory questions), Play Notes (recognizing notes by playing them on a keyboard), Play On Speed (playing falling notes before they touch the staff lines), Metrorhythm (tapping rhythm along with a metronome), and Play A Melody (playing a famous melody on the keyboard following the running staff).

The core solution is the Talent Tree. This section includes three directions, each containing talents arranged from least to most valuable, motivating users to develop their chosen branch. Each level implies a specific set of talents available to the user. As a user moves to the next level, a previously unavailable set of talents opens. The first four levels unlock basic mobile app features: Level 1 unlocks the Learning Path, Level 2 unlocks the Leaderboard, and Level 3 unlocks Daily Goals or Invite a Friend. The Learning Path is a structured route for mastering theoretical and practical music skills, consisting of units with lessons on various topics. It is available from the very first moment: after signing in and completing an onboarding questionnaire, the user is redirected to the Learning Path to start their journey and earn Talent Points. The Leaderboard is a scoreboard of leading competitors in Weekly Championships between users. To attend the Championship, the user must open this branch using a Talent Point. After opening it, they can compete by solving exercises from the Learning Path and earning XP. Daily Goals allow users to earn more target points per day, motivating them to study harder and giving an extra 20 XP. Goals add a game moment to the hard path of music theory education. Invite a Friend allows users to invite friends and expand their team to share talents and study together. Adding a friend is done via a unique sharing link, and each user can see friends’ progress details such as avatar, level, name, league, and streak. Friends’ avatars appear next to the level they are currently on.

The Training Center talent opens an entire new section consisting of four subsections (plus a fifth, My Mistakes) and allows users to train all exercise categories. The goal was to create a workspace using AI where users can guide document research through intuitive conversation, with a system that recommends questions for greater disclosure. This created certain difficulties: the system must provide stable control of the entire network of agents by the employer; results must be available in multiple formats; the safety of business user data has to be a priority for high product reliability; the interface should minimize barriers between user and system, adapting to each user rather than setting up rigid schemas. Additionally, developing a local model extra feature involved new issues: the user should be able to replace or reboot the container without re-downloading any models or losing any data; the container should be immutable and recognize when it is out of date, providing update notifications and instructions.

Key functions implemented include an AI searching agent where each user can see a network diagram showing all uploaded documents as linked nodes and relationships. The chat interface allows natural language to ask for content, and the system offers follow-up questions to facilitate searching based on previous interactions and document content. Strapi CMS presented flexibility issues and bugs, so we reworked components and made custom database queries via knex.js with MySQL syntax.

Despite these challenges, we added key features. For the delivery app we built GPS tracking with Google Maps to monitor delivery time, in?app calls to clients or call centers, a customized data picker, and in?app translation between English and Spanish. Results and impact include a well?structured seven?party system that provides all needed functions without loss of security or operational stability, a well?established communications network between staff, suppliers, and customers, continuous automated statistics about stock and income/outcome updated every 24 hours, integration of five payment methods and six order options, preservation of the old user database with an average of over 26,500 loyal users, and an average of 300 successfully created and completed orders per day (about 12,000 orders per month). Client feedback stated that the result exceeded all expectations. The new professionally designed system is much easier to work with, many new functions were added, and many issues of the old system were resolved. Audiences from the old application are readily moving to the new one thanks to events and discounts. The client continues to work together with the development team on modifications to the technical and visual condition of the system.

The project timeline was 17 months. Services provided included backend development, front end development, product design, project management, QA, and consulting. The customer came to us to realize worldwide restaurant brand app development for the Central American segment, specifically Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and El Salvador. The client already had an application with reduced functionality. Our task was to add a new loyalty program section, integrate it with the offer system, provide UI/UX development following the company’s brand book, and optimize the old application. To create the app, we started by analyzing the existing program, which included a legacy backend. We decided to build the new section as a microservice, allowing us to test all possible solutions without risks. The system allows configuration of special offers (deals) and displays current offers to users. Deal activation is done by QR or numeric code at the checkout desk or order counter via POS system integration.

One of our core goals was to create a common account base for all versions of the application. We built an ecosystem of accounts for users from four countries to form orders, use personal offers, track delivery, and store order history, notifications, and points on any device they sign in with. This creates a single account with overall progress in collecting and using points, saves payment methods and delivery addresses, and allows users to customize accounts with avatars.

Features implemented include two-factor authentication for stronger payment and delivery security, an ordering system with native shopping cart and deals system, optimized payment card information display with an “add payment card” function in the My Account section, and a 24/7 call center connection to resolve any user problems. Every deal has a QR code and a unique numeric code for online ordering. The web version has the same functionality as the mobile version, so customers can use the same account across both platforms to store their interaction history with the restaurant.
