The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation and Accenture formed Cayuse Technologies in 2006 as a strategic partnership to provide a US-based substitute for offshore delivery centers. Cayuse Holdings has a regional office in Honolulu, Hawaii, and its headquarters are close to Pendleton, Oregon. The CTUIR owns all of Cayuse Holdings, a leading supplier of certified solutions for government and commercial clients.
