APNA is a user centric platform for blue and gray collar workers where they can conduct job search in 11 different languages. The job finder platform became the fastest growing unicorn startup within 22-months. 

Problems Apna wanted to solve

Apna wanted to solve the problem for blue collar workers because English language had a dominant presence in job finder apps and it make job searching hard for those for people that did not have English as their native language. The Apna team chose the Resource Augmentation model for the app project that brought us into the picture. Ailoitte and Apna team worked together to determine the best solutions for a multilingual/Hinglish application.

Solutions we offer apna

• We implemented the methods of color psychology into the design of the Apna app. With extensive research and testing, we created an app design that could provide a simple yet memorable experience for the target audience.

• Our Application Programming Interface integrations modernized the interface of the Apna app to make it convenient for users. It also helped speed up the development process and improved application performance.

• We made it easy for the Apna team to use, modify, and present the existing data of Apna job portal services in an explanatory way

• Our developers designed Apna’s analytics to be accurate to ensure user-centric innovation.

• We also optimized the Apna platform for B2B users. Our front-end developers made a business recruiter portal for that.

BankSathi is a tech-enabled platform where customers are guided to the right financial product from the right bank or NBFC. It is also a thoughtfully accented concept where individuals (from all the profiles) are offered career options as a financial advisor and make income flexibly.

Problems Banksathi wanted to solve

Banksathi was seeking a solution around revamping their depreciated code. Banksathi was live on the Play Store before they came to us with 100k+ downloads. What made them reach out to us was a slew of negative reviews the app was getting. Upon a detailed analysis we found the root cause of the negative reviews to be the depreciated code.
