1. Tell us in brief about your company. How did EzappSolution begin this Journey?

 

EzappSolution started the Journey in 2008 with the idea of bringing Retail Stores Online. Ezapp Solution has completed 12 Years in the Outsourcing Industry with excellence in Enterprise Software Development. Ezapp is an ISO 9001/ISO 27001, CMMI certified Software Solution Company with 500+ experts working full time across multiple Delivery Centers. Established in 2008, Ezapp is headquartered in New York, NYC, with offices in the USA, London, Japan, India, and Australia.

2. How do you provide direction in EzappSolution? What is your role within a company?

 

As a Chief Problem Solver, I manage the critical activities of the Ezapp Solution. Every day there is an inherent drive to build the value chain of the company. So, I make strategic decisions on Products that will solve the problems of our clients. We have heavily invested our resources in the development of In-house products for AI Analytics Services, CPG Demand Sensing and Profitability Suite, CRM Engine, Customer Data Platform, AI Prediction Services.

 

3.  What method do you follow for handling software development to reach up to a committed timeline for your clients.

 

We are following the Agile Approach. 

 

• Conduct Agile Ceremonies with the Client to discover the Product Requirements.
• Prioritize Requirements with respect to Value Stream Objectives.
• Conduct Sprint Planning to build the MVP that is market-fit.
• Conduct Checkpoint Meetings to review the new Build Functionalities
• Raise any risk constraints for the Roadmap of the Project to the Stakeholders.
• Perform Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployments so the Client can view the latest changes in the Build frequently.
• Perform Sign-Off on the MVP Quality and Functionality.
• Provide Support for the MVP until 3 years for Free.

Select the Product development with a Programming language that can help the Client to make early wins that focus on delivering solutions in minimal time and are not concerned with myths of different technology stacks overcomings. For instance, if the Client can adopt Python for Web development then the Client can save up to 50% of the development time and at least 40%-50% cost of development as Java is heavy Framework-based, which is not preferred for an MVP development. mean

Ezapp Solution has IoT Programmers to Big Data Engineers having experience on different Cloud Migration platforms like Google Cloud, Amazon AWS Cloud, Microsoft Cloud, and HCP. Ezapp Solution has performed all kinds of complex projects involving the migration of Millions of Records through various Sources to AWS S3, Streaming to DynamoDb, and SQL Server to Postgres RedShift migrations. 9. Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If not, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

 

We evaluate every requirement from a Value chain perspective. We focus on partnering and developing Game-Changing Solutions that different Entrepreneurs plan to bring to Reality. So, We do not have any minimum budget to work with our clients.

 

10. You’ve been in this sphere for a long time, what is the one piece of advice you want entrepreneurs to take seriously?

 

One piece of advice that Ezapp Solution would like to give all Entrepreneurs is "Never Give Up".
