1. Tell us briefly about your company and how this journey began for DianApps?

 

We founded DianApps in the year 2017, and since then, we have been creating inspiring applications for not just for famous brands but also for startups. Starting with a few members, today, the Company holds 200+ skilled and experienced employees whose contributions have vividly paved the way for success and accomplishments. From creating a mobile application to designing your UI/UX and driving users via our digital marketing tactics, we have it all covered for you. As a result, we transform the digital landscape for food delivery, sports, fashion, enterprises, and much more.

 

2. How do you provide direction at Dianapps? What are your role and responsibilities in Managerial activities

 

 Yes, I'd like to provide my experience to all my readers: If you have a business concept, start working on it immediately. There is no better moment than the present. Stay focused on your objective, and those who succeed will conceive fresh ways to move the concept forward. To achieve your objective, you must be distinct and have a different mindset than the others. This road will be fraught with difficulties. They are typical. Maintain a quick mind. It is ideal for keeping to your desire; after all, it is your objective; yet, things change along the route. Don't be afraid to welcome change and collaborate on new ideas.

 

Speaking of my role in the Company, I help my team to grow and manage their responsibilities profoundly by giving advice and suggestions whenever they need me. But, to make it happen, they must understand what is going on in the Company and our present issues. I am halfway through my responsibility to ensure this degree of transparency. The other half would still be having these short, clear conversations about the priorities, difficulties, and possibilities of each of our Company's roles and directions.

 

3. What are your key achievements in this industry so far?

 

We recognize that the business is big and diversified and that each organization has a distinct criterion for measuring success. The partnerships we've formed and our success in exploring new areas and growing our reach are important to us. We have given end-to-end support to 140 clients in more than 21 countries across 5 continents and are only moving forward. We interpret this as evidence that our service is diversified and that we are establishing meaningful relationships with our clientele.

7. What futuristic technologies do you see driving growth and innovation in coming years and how?

 

With everything changing and so many new technologies prevailing, I think Extended Reality (XR) appears to be the newest trend. However, I believe that XR will not be able to fully fulfill its potential without other technologies such as AI/ML, Web & Mobile services, Embedded & IoT, and so on because consumers do not want to entirely move to a new platform but rather have the same integrated into what they now have.

 

8. As we see all the hype around “Metaverse”, what is your take on this?

 

I believe Metaverse is the new chapter of the internet which cannot be overlooked. It has enabled companies to escalate their traditional business online to keep a balance and reclaim spontaneity, enthusiasm, and interactivity altogether to conquer the business world outstandingly. I presume that Metaverse has a bright future ahead and it's going to excel exponentially.

 

9. What optimum factors do you consider to achieve maximum client satisfaction?

 

Speaking from experience, our clients love transparency and delivering work within the timeframe. That’s what we offer and that’s what we consider to achieve the ultimate client satisfaction.

 

Furthermore, we make them understand the progress of work frequently, particularly during these scrums; if the client wants to change something, it could be done immediately based on their proposal, resulting in the customer's satisfaction.
