1. Tell us briefly about Bootesnull and what was the idea behind this move?


BootesNull is an IT firm based in Mohali, India. We cater to top-notch web, mobile app, and software development services across the globe. Initially, we started with a limited number of people but now we are a big team of 35+ members. With skills, dedication and passion, we have crafted 50+ robust digital solutions. In addition, we have also launched a new office in Ontario, Canada.    


I worked in several organizations from start-ups to MNC to gain skills and experience. After spending more than a decade in the IT industry, I thought of starting my own venture. The idea behind starting a business was always to serve the best services at an affordable price globally and encourage digitalization. In February 2019, I finally launched and registered BootesNull. Since that time, my team has been a great support and we have accomplished several milestones in such a short period. We look forward to reaching many more landmarks by providing the best tailor-made solutions for our clients.


2. What is your ideal or philosophy about CEO’s role at Bootesnull?


Although the CEO's responsibilities are many, the major responsibility is to overlook and manage the complete organization. It is also very crucial to look after the employees' happiness. However, in any case, the work or environment of the organization should never be hampered.


In my opinion, a great CEO is simply a great leader who is well-versed with the technique to utilize the available talent in the best possible manner to get the desired results in no time. Simultaneously, it is also important to encourage and prepare the employees to the max of their potential for business and employee benefit.


So with the same ideology, I started my career and have been following the same philosophy so far. Fortunately, this mindset has helped me a lot and I am able to accomplish most of the set goals efficiently. Without the efforts of a team, success is often far and difficult to reach. However, when different mindsets explore or discuss the same topic, things become very easy and achievable in less time frame.


3. Your key achievements so far in the Industry


I always consider my achievements as my team’s achievements because without them this journey wouldn’t be complete. Within 4 years, I believe we have achieved more than we thought or planned. We were only 3-4 software engineers at the start and now we are a big team. Currently, we have front-end developers, back-end developers, QA, HR, Marketing experts, Business analysts, etc. During this interval, we had the opportunity to work with many organizations from start-ups to established brands.

4. Where do you see your company in the 10 years of your administration?


Although I always believe in planning and strategizing everything in advance, still a 10-year timeframe is way too long to predict business administration. So I have created a blend of short-term goals and long-term goals as it’s easy to manage them and amend them whenever required.


I look forward to scale-up in terms of employee strength and a number of office branches & locations. For instance - from 35 employees I look to increase in numbers up to 500+ employees and from 2 offices I look upto expand around 15 offices globally.


Furthermore, I aim to work with big brands as well as in advanced technologies, especially IoT. In the future, I along with my team will work dedicatedly in the Internet of Things technology and will try to deliver robust and scalable solutions.


5. What does Bootesnull's hierarchy look like?

Surinder Rawat - CEO - Although he looks after the entire organization, still the major departments he manages include Human Resource Management, Finance, Marketing, and Support.


Manish Kumar - CTO - He handles all the tech responsibilities, especially the Mobile Development & Web Development departments. Further Sub-Department includes Design, Development & Quality Analyst.


Mandeep Burmi - COO - He majorly handles the Ontario, Canada branch and all the departments there such as Production, Marketing & Sales, And Research & Development.

In the present era, Blockchain, IoT, and Big Data are the most trending technologies that are driving the next wave of digital transformation. As a leading IT company, we also look forward to working in the same tech stacks.


We desire to contribute our part to these technologies as well as produce qualified and powerful solutions. I already have made up my mind and plan to work in IoT. Later, we will also work in Blockchain and Big Data. These technologies have made a huge impact in the market and everyone talks about them most often. As this tech stack is the new hot topic of discussion because people are very curious to know what else these technologies will bring.


8. In terms of corporate strategy, what do you think are the main factors that make your company stand out in the Industry?


A corporate strategy is very crucial for the success of a business. Without planning and strategizing, success seems unreal to obtain. In my opinion, the major factors for a corporate strategy include -

We have moved to a spacious office from a small one and also inaugurated a new branch in Canada. In the upcoming years, we aim to expand our team and set up many branches in the top-most countries. In addition, I also aim to work in the latest and trending technologies.

One thing that I have learned is “NEVER GIVE UP”. Although there will always be endless reasons to step back, you gotta stay ahead for 1 reason and that should be YOU. No matter how underconfident or unmotivated you feel because of the problems, there is always a ray of hope to look for in the hardest moment and get back on track.
