Scopic created an AI-driven solution for automating structured report generation from practitioners’ spoken input. The AI transcribes speech from video recordings, selects templates, and maps content into report fields using Speech-to-Text and LLM technologies.

To properly assess the candidates’ technical skills, an advanced solution was required to make the process more efficient, accurate, and enjoyable.

Scopic collaborated with Codeaid to develop the AI Interviewer tool, an innovative AI-driven solution that facilitates interview scheduling, generates skill-based questions tailored to candidates’ CVs, and conducts real-time evaluation of interviews with AI grading.

Our team leveraged machine learning algorithms and natural language processing to enable real-time evaluation and deliver a more candidate-centric interview experience.

Results

Scopic built Codeaid’s AI interviewer to include features to generate comprehensive skill-based questions, allowing recruiters to specify required skills and question types for tailored interviews.

The AI tool also analyzes candidates’ CVs to develop more profound, insightful questions, allowing assessors to understand the candidate’s capabilities in-depth.

Scopic also provides flexible scheduling and AI-facilitated sessions, making the process more convenient for candidates.

Additionally, the AI tool evaluates and grades interviews, providing comprehensive insights that enable recruiters to make quick, informed decisions.

Akillion wanted to create a platform that streamlined various aspects of customer data, email marketing, data import, and reporting. Their vision was clear: develop a user-friendly and intuitive interface that simplifies complex tasks, making it easier for users to navigate, execute actions, and achieve their goals. 

To do so, they needed to integrate advanced AI capabilities into their system, automating tasks like data imports and reports to save time.  

Solution

As specialists in AI development, our team knew exactly what Akillion’s platform needed to optimize its performance: an AI virtual assistant. 

We carefully determined which existing functionalities could be reused and built the first working version of the AI Assistant. The AI module enables users to transform natural language queries into advanced filters, making it easier and more intuitive to search for customers and access relevant data. 

Akillion’s virtual assistant delivers answers to questions about services, pricing, business hours, policies, and more—drawing from the information stored in the knowledge base. 

Our team also implemented robust security features, including multi-factor authentication and encrypted data storage, to ensure a safe and reliable user experience.

Challenge 

While creating 3D dental models is now routine, the real challenge lies in leveraging that technology to support accurate, efficient, and clinically actionable orthodontic treatment planning—empowering better decisions in cases involving variations in tooth anatomy, misalignments, and occlusions. 

To achieve greater clinical efficiency, OrthoSelect wanted to provide orthodontists with a custom solution. However, they faced one major challenge—developing a desktop application capable of improving treatment outcomes.  

Creating a deep learning model from scratch required an iterative training process, which was time-consuming—yet essential—for developing a robust and reliable orthodontic AI system. 

Vision 

OrthoSelect recognized the importance of leveraging advanced technology to create a solution that shortened bonding appointments and reduced bracket repositioning. Their goal was to develop an integrated software and hardware solution that was capable of improving treatment outcomes. 

This is where the idea of DIBS AI—a platform that automates orthodontic case setups, predicts outcomes based on bracket placement, and delivers highly accurate, 3D-printed bracket transfer appliances—came to life. 

Solution

With support from Scopic and other developers, OrthoSelect developed its flagship product, DIBS AI, which began with heuristics and has since evolved to incorporate AI and deep learning. 

With a strong focus on an AI-driven approach, our team implemented AI-powered teeth segmentation, an iterative training process, and automated workflow enhancements—such as using AI to remove excess tissue, correct scan imperfections, and improve bracket placement. 

By utilizing advanced, patent-pending software and the latest in 3D-printing technology, OrthoSelect achieved micro-level precision in indirect bonding and bracket transfer trays. The integration of AI significantly enhanced OrthoSelect’s treatment planning capabilities, resulting in improved accuracy, increased efficiency, and better patient outcomes and satisfaction.

With traditional solutions not meeting their expectations, they quickly recognized the need to integrate advanced AI technologies like Text2SQL, which would allow users to access information using natural language instead of SQL code.

Solution

Additionally, sorting through the high-risk and less critical cases is challenging for dispatchers, reducing their productivity and efficiency.?MD Ally is a public safety telehealth solution that enables dispatchers and first responders to connect non-emergency callers to telehealth and local community resources.?

Vision

MD Ally partners with Public Safety to provide telehealth support to non-critical patients?that reach out to 9-1-1 services. The platform gives them easy real-time access to all the resources and services they need. MD Ally also offers live conference calls with audio and video, where patients can talk to a physician, pharmacy, or any other party that can help provide better care.?
