The Challenge
For their newest project, a fast-paced, tower defense game. The client needed to establish a monetization framework and fix the core loop. The game launched without any revenue model in place, meaning there were no in-app purchases or ads to generate income. The challenge was to design and implement monetization features that could convert player activity into revenue while keeping the overall experience fun and uninterrupted.

Creating Player-Friendly Monetization
We designed a system that integrated visual effects, sound, character animations, and environments to make progression feel rewarding. By aligning monetization with natural player milestones, we created revenue opportunities that enhanced achievement and supported long-term retention.
Results
The monetization framework built by RGS gave a direct revenue stream. Rewarded ads increased engagement, while the ui, VFX, and SFX improvements significantly boosted player progression. The balanced economy supported repeat play and consistent revenue growth.
