Shawn Shamsian
CEO
Dr. Shamsian has 25 years of experience in software development, including architecture design, implementation, project management and product management. Prior to Nextware Technologies, he led development teams at MSC Software and Adexa, where he was in charge of development of software products with over $100M+ in revenue. He is also currently a Teaching Faculty member at the Computer Science Department of the University of Southern California, teaching graduate level courses in Algorithm Design. He holds a PhD degree in Computer Science from UCLA.

Distinguished for being highly organized and consistent in meeting deadlines, Martin is acquainted with the language of IT directors, engineers and architects, software developers, product managers, sales managers, marketing directors, project managers, web and UX/UI designers, and many others. For almost 15 years, he has led a wide variety of IT and software projects through needs assessment, installation, configuration, development, testing, training, go live and technical support. Besides a master’s degree in Media Technology from the University of Technology in Ilmenau, Germany, and an associates degree in Graphic Design, he is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
