Hari Nair, co-founder and CEO of Gadgeon Systems, is an entrepreneur and innovator in the usage of IoT Technologies to digitally transform the way we do business. Hari and his team has successfully conceptualized and implemented a rapid IoT application deployment framework to enable quicker development and deployment of IoT/ IIoT solutions for multiple industries. Girish has over 11 years of experience in designing and delivering products in Medical and Wireless domains. He has played various roles like System architect, Technical management, Business unit Head etc in his career. Girish is the go to person for all kinds of Wireless technologies in Gadgeon and his experience include protocol stack development for various wireless technologies, designing highly precise medical applications involving embedded systems and mobile Apps, developing SDKs for SoCs, architecting multicore chips solutions, implementing security algorithms and designing highly secure systems.

Shiyas is the Director of Digital Transformation and has been part of Gadgeon from its inception and has over 17 years of experience in software development of infrastructure equipment in datacom and telecom. Experience in Gadgeon has enriched him in various capacities like Technical Architect, Developer, Program management, Quality, Delivery, operations and attracting best talent.

Jino has 6 years of experience in end to end IOT systems development. He was instrumental in delivering many IOT systems in Home Automation, Security/Safety systems, Industrial IOT projects, Consumer electronics and Smart metering. He has in depth knowledge in various aspects of product development, including selection of the optimal hardware, choosing the right wireless technology for the product and protocol selection. He has several years of experience in developing power optimized designs for battery powered devices and low power wireless technologies like BLE, ZigBee, Z-wave and sub GHz RF technologies.

Ajith has around 20 years of experience in software development life cycle, having played various key roles like Platform specialist, System Designer, and Architect at various stages of his career. Ajith was into architecting the control plane software for network elements in packet optical network. He had worked on network element development for various NEs like HLR in GSM network, RNC in UMTS network and Femto Gateway. He was involved in development for these NEs from Analysis and Design phase, as well as other phases of the SDLC.
