Justin Fortier

Founder and CEO/CTO

Justin Fortier is a tech entrepreneur and founder of multiple successful companies in California. As CEO/CTO of FYC Labs, he successfully led the company to acquisition in 2020. The boutique design agency grew internationally, capturing clients such as Remax, National University, Budweiser, and Pepsi Co., and has been recognized on several top lists for Web Design and Development. Justin has been named as finalist for CEO of the year twice by the San Diego Business Journal and was recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Business Leaders in San Diego by San Diego Daily Transcript. In addition, he holds top-level Technical/Business advisory positions at 11.2 Ventures, Blush Design Inc, Edvo, Aura Finance, and Intraratio Corp. He has held technical executive roles for Blockchain Innovators – XYO Network, Ecommerce Game Changer – For Days, and Manufacturing Technology SaaS – Intraratio Corp. Justin volunteers his time helping other entrepreneurs and small business owners through various organizations such as San Diego Small Business Advisory Board, Sierra College, Folsom Chamber of Commerce and the Granite City Foundation. Justin is a Father of two and enjoys fishing, hiking, and playing hockey.

Graham Peck

Partner and CFO

Graham Peck is a technology investor and operator. He has Co-Founded or is a partner in multiple companies in the marketing, recruiting, software development, and cybersecurity industries. In addition, Graham works as a Venture Partner with Cultivation Capital since 2019 and has helped to shape his family office's investment committee since its inception over a decade ago. In doing this he has reviewed thousands of potential investments in the Angel/Venture Capital space including funds as well as the Real Estate sector. Graham volunteers his time to teach the principles of government at a summer youth program sponsored by the American Legion called Illinois Premier Boys State. Graham and his wife Mariia reside in Chicago and enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling.

Brianne Fortier

Head of Design

Brianne Fortier, the Head of UI/UX at FYC Labs since 2016, is a passionate and empathetic designer. With expertise in creating beautiful and intuitive user interfaces, Brianne has played a crucial role in establishing FYC Labs as a leading web design agency. Brianne emphasizes the importance of designing with the user and client in mind, prioritizing accessibility and effective communication throughout the design process. Her commitment to collaboration and constant growth drives the success of her design team at FYC Labs. Collaborating with the team at FYC brings her joy, and she values a culture where communication and transparency is key to avoiding issues. Brianne believes in constant growth and effective collaborations that can really unleash her creativity. As a proud mother of two, she values family time and enjoys exploring new places and cultures.

Phillip Lorenzo

COO

Phil Lorenzo is an accomplished and dedicated professional serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for FYC Labs. With his multifaceted skill set and passion for technology, Phil has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's success. As a self-taught software engineer, Phil's expertise spans various domains within the tech industry. His notable contributions include developing Web3 applications, where he has harnessed the power of emerging technologies to build innovative solutions. Phil's proficiency extends beyond development, as he has also made significant contributions to DevOps, developer learning, and product management, ensuring efficient operations and optimized outcomes. Phil's knack for effective communication and technical prowess shines through his written works. He has authored technical documentation and articles for prominent organizations like Chainstarters, Oracle, and Fixate. Sharing his knowledge and experiences with others, Phil has become a respected authority in the field, elevating the understanding and expertise of those around him. Beyond his professional pursuits, Phil is an aspiring author and finds fulfillment in nurturing personal relationships and embracing the joys of life. He calls Portland, Oregon home, where he enjoys the company of his loyal companion, Harley, his beloved pup.
