Fitness Nation is an outstanding SaaS platform for fitness enthusiasts and studio operators. On the platform you can find a great community of the same mind with you, tools for a healthy lifestyle, helpful information, trainings, a sports shop and everything else related to fitness. It is a joint project and as a part of it, BeeWeb has been responsible for the CMS part.

Fitness Nation is a complex and complicated application comprising a large number of features and advanced functionality. Very often, making changes to a part requires changes in other parts as well. Besides, It is utilized in more than 11 countries by thousands of gyms, which have their custom interfaces. So, It needs to function perfectly.

CMS, on which we are working on, consists of two parts: Super admin and CMS admins, which, in turn, can have their own sub-admins. Super admin grants admins and sub/sub-sub admins access to all the features on the platform to supervise and manage the everyday workflow of fitness studios in any location of the world. Some of those features are:

The CMS admin panel is way more complex than Super admin. 

Ongoing maintenance, optimization and keeping up with cutting-edge technologies are integral parts of our working process. When Angular has new releases, we implement those updates into the project. Furthermore, depending on the situation we turn comparatively large features into separate applications, of course with the consent of the client, to simplify the product. 

Fitness Nation is still in progress. Bug fixing, adding new features and functionalities are ongoing. Our current work is mainly focused on Well/ONE, membership management part, member information export functionality, shop features (order, invoice, products), email templates, class/appointment/event booking and the admin support app. Yet, work is being done on the whole CMS.
As for project management, we have applied the Agile methodology. We use such tools as Jira, Slack, Google Sheets etc.

Fitness Nation is now established software for fitness enthusiasts, employed by thousands of gyms in more than 11 countries. However, it doesn’t stop there. It continues growing and perfecting into an approachable tool for everyone.

Formally is a digital product that streamlines the US immigration process for employers, employees, law firms and attorneys, using AI, behavioral psychology and secure portable data.

Formally operates in three key areas: serving lawyers, individuals, and employers, all with a single goal – to streamline the visa application process.

 The platform handles client onboarding by collecting necessary information and files through AI, allowing lawyers to focus on strategic work. It also takes care of administrative tasks, sending client reminders, handling scheduling, and providing workflows for both parties, all in natural language with the help of AI. Lawyers can also add new clients and employers to their dashboard, while attorney firms can create teams and associate relevant data and cases with them.

It enables individuals to collaborate directly with attorneys on the platform, making the visa application process a lot easier.

??? ?????????: It helps employers with their global hires by offering a comprehensive dashboard that stores all the data related to their global hires, and it provides attorney services within the platform. Additionally, the platform comprises an integrated live chat feature that allows real-time communication between clients and attorneys.

No major technical challenges have been encountered. However, we have faced time zone differences, especially when there are urgent questions that need instant answers.

Thanks to the conscientiousness of our clients and the good skills of our project manager, we manage to get things done seamlessly, leveraging overlapping hours and working during off-hours when questions require concise answers.

We did not initiate the project from scratch; there was an existing web application that required enhancements and the addition of new features and functionalities. One of the major features we developed from scratch is the live chat. While it previously existed, we completely changed it, from design to completion.
The dedicated Formally team consists of two full-stack developers and a project manager. We have applied the Scrum methodology, initially using Jira and later switching to Linear. The team holds daily meetings to discuss progress. We mainly communicate with the clients in writing, using tools like Slack, Linear, and Git for pull request comments.

We have a fully functional live web application, integrated with new features. Its aim is to continue growing more and cover every aspect of the law.

Service Club is a large marketspace in the delivery sector. Serving as a smart matchmaking platform, it connects couriers in search of delivery jobs with delivery companies in search of couriers. Matchmaking is done based on the needs of both sides, including the skills, location and the chosen delivery vehicle. The product operates in 11 countries, including Spain, the USA, the UK, France and more. It is currently expanding into three new countries. Some of the companies, Service Club has established partnerships with, are Glovo, Gorillas, Bolt Food, Smart Mobility, Jobandtalent and others.

Service Club is a large online marketplace, boasting different user interfaces and multiple user types. Within the platform there are a few admin roles, such as product owner, super admin, sub-admins, view only visitor, which is for potential partners to familiarize themselves with the platform and explore its features for future collaborations, etc. Additionally, the platform accommodates both companies and individual couriers, each with their unique access and features.
Companies, referred to as partners, have their personalized interfaces that enable them to create job listings, review applicants, and manage shortlisted leads that have been pre-approved by Service Club admins. They can also reject or hire applicants based on their preferences and requirements.
Couriers have their personal profiles too. They can leverage the platform’s advanced functionality to search for open delivery jobs, review available opportunities, and submit applications. Moreover, they stand the chance to enhance their skills and improve their ranking by taking courses offered through the platform.
The platform also features a dashboard, where Service Club employees’ performance can be tracked through analytics.
Furthermore, automation plays a significant role in the platform’s functionality, addressing various scenarios. For example, if candidates skip an important step while submitting an application or are required to answer additional interview questions, the platform automatically sends them notifications and messages. Similarly, couriers searching for job opportunities receive notifications about nearby open positions, among other relevant updates. There are many more other cases. These automated messages are delivered through Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp, as well as MailChimp for email communication.

As a live product operating in many countries with a large user base, it is important to ensure Service Club performance remains stable and seamless. Particularly during periods of high traffic, preventing crashes becomes crucial, especially that its users are increasing day by day. In addition, upgrading and implementing changes to its extensive array of features pose their own set of challenges. We should ensure the coherence of all these features and prevent any potential interference between them.

We not only scale up and enhance the project but also ensure continuous support and maintenance, instantly addressing all issues faced by platform users. Furthermore, we consistently make improvements to optimize the code and keep it up to date. When developing new features, we take into consideration the platform’s architecture and assess all user cases to secure effective integration with the existing platform components.

The Service Club development began with a team comprising one full-stack developer and a project manager, but it has since expanded to include 5 full-stack developers, 1 front-end developer and 2 QA specialists. Initially, we developed the MVP with limited features to test in the market. However, we continued the development process at the same time, and now we have a growing live marketplace.
At first, we adopted the Kanban project management method but eventually switched to Scrumban to maintain a more organized process. Our team holds daily standups to define the goals for the day and conducts weekly meetings with the client. However, we are in touch with them throughout the whole day, addressing any questions or updates that arise. Additionally, we closely collaborate with their product team on new features, trying to actualize their ideas. To facilitate our project management, we utilize tools such as Trello and Slack.
Currently, our main focus revolves around restructuring the platform’s architecture to a microservices architecture. Simultaneously, we engage in code refactoring and optimization while actively developing new features and functionalities.

The Service Club is a fully functional and user-friendly live product, used by around 200,000 users. Presently, it operates in 11 countries such as Spain, France, the UK, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Belgium, Czechia and the USA. Furthermore, it is expanding its reach to three additional countries: Costa Rica, Austria, and Greece. With that being said, its ultimate goal is to establish itself as a globally known product.

Vickino is a consulting company dedicated to driving innovation in the telemedicine and digital health field. They provide advisory services to both private and public health institutions such as hospitals, research centers, NGOs, local and international health authorities, etc. Starting their journey in France earlier in 2015, they expanded their reach to the international market and now are operating worldwide.

They are aimed at delivering health transformation at a global scale. Their services include healthcare evaluation and audit, strategy development and execution, certificate courses and training programs and so on. They have a 100+ global network of clinical experts including doctors, consultants, and scientists.

The development process was smooth without any major challenges along the way. The requirements from the client were clear and we headed straight into work.

As we had an experienced WordPress developer who was well-equipped with the use of Elementor, we managed to deliver the website quickly and on time. 

We took on the development of the website based on the provided design using WordPress with its Elementor plugin. Additionally, a front-end developer was assigned to handle specific tasks, such as creating a custom animation in JavaScript. These collaborative efforts resulted in a website with intuitive navigation and a smooth browsing experience. Also, we specifically took the time to optimize the website for mobile and make sure that it’s highly responsive and user-friendly. Throughout the whole process, we maintained close communication with the client and managed to promptly address any changes or updates.

The Vickino website is now live, marking an important step in the company's growth.

Jibe is a healthcare social mobile app. The application allows creating communities and connecting with like-minded individuals who are interested in discussing healthcare-related topics. In addition, users can ask health-related questions and get answers from healthcare professionals. So, this is a great platform for sharing knowledge and experience within the healthcare sphere.

Jibe is a social mobile app that enables its users to create communities, post threads on various healthcare topics, including questions, ideas, news etc. As discussions unfold, threads turn into chats, allowing members to engage in ongoing conversations.
Community accessibility is flexible, with public communities open for anyone to join and view posts, while private communities require invitation links for access. To better communicate, Jibe plans to integrate messaging functionality alongside thread chats. Upon sign-up users also join personalized AI chats within Jibe community, for a future functionality to type a concept or a question, and get relevant information.
The app features profile pages where users can access their posts and community memberships. Notifications play a crucial role, alerting community moderators to new threads, members, and chats, while keeping community members informed of replies to their threads.
We have also built an admin panel for Jibe. Admins can review and manage communities, threads, and reported content, removing anything that goes against community policies. Furthermore, in the future, we will incorporate analytics features into the admin dashboard that will provide insights into threads and communities. 

One of the main challenges encountered has been organizing the flow between communities, threads, and chats in an intuitive and user-friendly way. Additionally, we dedicated considerable effort to implement background upload functionality, allowing users to upload content while continuing to interact with the app. Furthermore, we have put lots of effort into optimizing media loading speed to minimize waiting times. Moreover, there is an 11-hour time zone difference with our client which makes our cooperation challenging. However, we have managed it perfectly so far. 

The implementation of the community-thread-chat flow in Jibe has been designed based on thorough research and understanding of the target audience’s preferences and needs.
To address the challenge of background upload, we conducted research to identify common practices in other social apps. To optimize media loading speed, we have implemented caching mechanisms. By storing and retrieving data, we significantly improved the loading time of media content.
Managing the time difference of 11 hours with our client has been a priority for effective collaboration. We make the most of the overlapping hours, as well as when needed, we are available out of working hours. 

We have built Jibe from scratch. Initially, they provided us with the design, but the rest of the updates have been made by our designer. The development team consists of a backend developer, a mobile developer and a project manager. For project management we have been following the Kanban methodology. We hold daily team meetings to discuss progress. Additionally, we maintain regular written communication with the client, providing timely updates and getting their input. We also have meetings with them, but only when necessary. In terms of project management tools, we use Google Sheets, Jira, Trello, and Slack.
The development is still in process. We are currently working on in-app notifications and the admin panel.

The MVP of Jibe was released some time ago. With that being said, we constantly develop new features and scale up the application based on insights gained from research among the target audience.

HotSpotz is a startup that connects people and places, operating in the United Kingdom. Focused on the night-time economy, it gives users the information they need to easily arrange their night out, connecting them with various venues and events. It has a user-friendly UI with a wonderful screen. HotSpotz is available on both the Apple store and Google Play.

HotSpotz is a mobile app that enables its users to explore and engage with various venues, including bars, pubs, clubs, and upcoming events. Users can search for their preferred venues and events, such as live concerts, DJ or band performances or any other happening, using the search filters or the map feature, and purchase tickets to them.
At its core, HotSpotz functions as a social app, offering users the ability to create personalized profiles, share posts, connect with others by following them, and hold conversations through the chat feature.
HotSpotz does not only cater to users but also empowers venues with their dedicated profiles, showcasing detailed information and user-generated reviews. Additionally, venues can promote their upcoming events on the app. Venue managers should contact the HotSpotz team to register their venues, as registration is not done through the mobile app, but rather through the admin panel. So, alongside the app, we have built an admin dashboard, where venues and events are created and handled. The super admin grants access to sub-admins (venue and event managers), allowing them to have control over their respective properties.
This panel also manages user data and ensures a safe and enjoyable environment by addressing any offensive or spam content reported by users. Violations of the app’s terms and conditions can result in user account suspensions. Furthermore, the admin panel incorporates an analytics tool with an advanced filtration function. The super admin gains access to comprehensive analytics and statistics, enabling them to evaluate user engagement and interactions with all the posts. They can also monitor the reports on posts. Furthermore, the admin panel empowers the super admin to oversee ad placement on the app and control the frequency for each.

During the development process, we have not come across any major challenges that we consider worthy of sharing. Overall, the process has been fun and enjoyable for our talented team. However, we should be extremely careful with the venue viewer feature to ensure the protection of everyone’s privacy.

By incorporating advanced face detection algorithms, we have been able to identify and blur faces efficiently, safeguarding individuals’ privacy.

We have built HotSpotz from the ground up, employing a comprehensive development process. It started with our UI/UX designer creating a user-friendly and visually appealing design. Following this, our developers took charge of the implementation.
On the mobile app, we have a dedicated developer working, while on the admin panel a front-end developer and a back-end developer have been working. To maintain the highest level of quality, we have also assigned a QA specialist, responsible for testing the app’s functionalities. Additionally, a project manager oversees the team to ensure smooth coordination and efficient operations.
Throughout the development cycle, we have adopted the Scrum methodology, facilitating regular meetings with the team to track progress and plan tasks. Moreover, we have weekly meetings with our clients to make sure everything goes as planned and all of us are on the same page. For project management, we have utilized mostly Slack, Jira, Skype and Google Meet.
The development is ongoing. Currently, our primary focus is on developing the venue viewer feature. This addition will allow HotSpotz users to have a real-time view of activities and events taking place in various venues. Prioritizing privacy, we have implemented a blurring feature to protect the identities of individuals present in these events or venues.

HotSpotz was successfully launched on the Apple store and Google Play some time ago. However, it is just the beginning, as we have stated the development is still in process, and we are scaling up and enhancing the app.

Amass is an all-in-one event planning platform that offers a variety of services to help you organize your event. It’s the ultimate place to go when organizing personal and professional events such as a wedding, birthday parties, family and friends gathering as well as a conference, workshop etc. It simplifies the tiring process of event planning by providing a centralized platform to manage all aspects of your event. With its user-friendly interface, you can find and book everything with a few clicks.

Having everything in one place, Amass includes lots of different services such as floral arrangements, photo and video production, kids entertainment and other services. In addition to services, Amass offers equipment rentals including decor rentals, sound equipment, car rentals and so on. They also have a variety of indoor and outdoor venues to choose from such as restaurants, community centers, conference and banquet halls. Amass can also help you with food and beverage by listing catering, food trucks, pastries, catering and much more.

As a multi-language website supporting Armenian, English and Russian, it intends to reach a wider audience.

We faced a significant challenge with payment implementation as Stripe isn't supported in Armenia and we had to come up with an alternative solution of payment processing specifically designed for local market. 

Also, having a multi-language website supporting Armenian, English, and Russian brought lots of challenges. We had to ensure that each update or change was properly reflected in all language versions of the website.

We assigned a back-end developer who specializes in payment system integration. He successfully integrated Ameriabank’s EPOS system and used SRC’s (State Revenue Committee) API to generate cash register receipts.

As for the multi-language capability, we ensured that the website ran smoothly in all three languages and there were no inconsistencies in navigation, layout, and graphics.

We have built Amass from scratch. At first our UI/UX designer came up with an intuitive and eye-catching design and then the developers took over the process. Our team consisted of 2 front-end developers, one back-end developer and a project manager. We’ve adopted Scrum methodology with daily stand-ups to keep the project on track and the team in sync. As of the communication and task management tools we used Linear and Slack (with its Canvas feature).

For now, we have Amass ready as an MVP. It is a fully functional website that is now live and growing further by acquiring new partners.

Wisdom is a healthcare website combining the technologies of WordPress and Next.js. Specifically designed to cater to women's healthcare needs, the platform offers specialized care for chronic health problems that are often challenging to manage.

Teck stack: MongoDB, Typescript, WordPress, Stripe, NextJS

Through the website, patients can easily schedule appointments with practitioners. They offer two options for booking appointments. The first option is a free 15-minute video call, which should be reserved on the provided calendar by filling out basic contact information. This appointment allows patients to speak with a Care Manager who will assist them in finding solutions to their current issues. 

For a more personalized and long-term approach, they offer a comprehensive program tailored to specific issues. To enroll in this program, patients are required to sign up and provide detailed information about their problem, their expectations from the program, and other relevant personal details. Additionally, they will be asked to book a 60-minute introduction session either online or in-person with their dedicated practitioner. Once the session is confirmed, payment should be made through the site. There are several payment plans available to choose from. Upon completing these steps, the Wisdom team will get back to the registered patients. 

Wisdom also consists of lots of informative pages, including blog, where patients can gain knowledge about various conditions, their root causes, and different stages of treatment.

One of the primary challenges we have encountered throughout the development process, is the huge difference in time zones, which we have managed to handle quite effectively. Besides, the website is built in 2 different technologies: WordPress and Next.js. The pages created in WordPress are easily managed through the admin panel by the administrator. Whereas modifications to the pages written in Next.js require considerable time and effort from our developers, making them a more laborious process.

To overcome the difficulties posed by time differences and ensure effective collaboration, we make great use of our overlapping working hours, during which we maintain communication with our client. Moreover, we have implemented a flexible working process that allows us to be available during the hours that are most convenient for our client.
Regarding the different technologies used on the site, we initially offered to rebuild the entire site in WordPress. However, considering the client’s concerns about the potential time consumption, we made the decision to develop a separate admin panel specifically for the pages built in Next.js. This solution enables easy and effective management of the platform. 

We took on the project by initially focusing on UI tasks, collaborating with another developer. However, as the project progressed, we were entrusted with the whole project. Our dedicated team for Wisdom comprises three developers (one backend, one frontend, and one WordPress) and a project manager.
For this project we have adopted the Kanban methodology. This involves assigning daily tasks to our developers and maintaining regular communication with the client, mainly through written channels. The project management tools we have used are Jira, Google Docs, and Slack.
Currently, we are making style changes and working on building the second admin panel. 

As a result, we have a fully responsive and user-friendly live website, but the development is still going and we are scaling up the project. 

CueCard is a sales tool that enables sales folks to sell more effectively. It attempts to bridge the gap between “sales'' and “marketing”. With its impressive range of features it simplifies and streamlines the sales process. CueCard allows effortlessly adding or updating talk tracks, sending automated follow-up emails, which helps skip the time-consuming effort of writing notes after meetings, and having real-time access to relevant information with AI-powered cue cards during sales calls.

CueCard comes with some essential features:

• Sales reps can easily add and update talk tracks directly within the platform.
• The application intelligently generates customized and efficient follow-ups by analyzing the data logged by sales representatives.
• It offers AI-powered cue cards, which provide real-time information to sales representatives during their calls with potential customers. These cue cards are particularly useful when specific information is needed for more efficient communication. With the ability to search for sales-related information using tags, sales reps can quickly access and utilize the knowledge that have proven effective for other marketers and sales teams.
• As every piece of content sent through the platform is attentively tracked and reported, CueCard provides insights into what content and messaging drive results.
• Zoom and HubSpot integration.

During the development process, we encountered several challenges. One major challenge we faced was the absence of a design for the application. Therefore, we built the app based on a prototype. Additionally, Zoom integration posed its own difficulties as it was our first time. While it did not present a significant challenge, it did require additional time and effort to familiarize ourselves with this particular integration.

The lack of a design didn’t stop us developing the app based on a prototype. Our primary focus was on building robust functionality, but we later collaborated with the client to refine the design. Overcoming this challenge was made easier thanks to our project manager’s professionalism. As for Zoom integration, we conducted extensive research to familiarize ourselves with it and applied our knowledge in practice.

We initiated the project from scratch. Our dedicated team for this project comprises 2 full-time developers, one specializing in backend development and the other in frontend development, a code reviewer and a project manager. For project management we have adopted the Scrum methodology, having daily stand-ups with developers and conducting weekly task planning sessions. We also follow a weekly release schedule. Meetings with the client are held whenever they require updates on the project’s progress. For collaboration, we use Slack, email, and Google Drive. Currently, we are working on the follow-up message generation functionality. So, the development is still in process. 

We have a fully operational product that is currently live and being actively improved.
